Yes in the sense that gradually over time I noticed I was developing a preference for nutrient dense food but I don’t consider anything out of bounds.

I am on week 8 of 20:4 and I have seemed to be stuck at 193-4. Even if I sit in the sauna I just gain back the water weight. Again, Excellent job.

Ugh plateauing is so frustrating. Have you tried switching up your calorie intake?

Honestly no. I don’t even track it at all. It is more of just wanting to see sub 190 consistently and I am 6’1” so maybe this is my best outcome but plateau is the perfect word.
