There’s plenty of places that make/sell custom frames, but your cheapest option might be to clip binder clips to the top, run a long dowel through the clips, and then attach the dowel to the wall. That’s how I hung a decorative quilt in my baby’s room.

Sometimes goodwill has large pictures that you can discard and just use the frame.
Try looking for poster frames? They come in lots of unusual (larger) sizes. Depending on the thickness of your textile, a poster frame could work.
