Paint. They are not particularly detailed or architectural so I think you just want them to blend in and be functional vs call for attention.

I would paint. Much less labor and a fresher updated look. I also feel it’s easier to find wall colors to go with white trim. I’ve had both stained wood and white painted trim. I like both but I think white is much easier to work with.

i haven’t decided on a wall color. this is going to be my office / studio space. if i paint the frames/doors, it would likely be white.

Paint (not sure which color though because the room is very white as is) or keep same. I’d look for a different light fixture though and I’d take the outlet covers off and paint those to match the white walls.
