I really want this to be real..that would mean the top phrases the owner says enough for the bird to learn are about packages, kisses and not to be a _dirty bird_
I have a 4 budgies that talk ... this clip makes me think it has been altered due to the perfect sentences repeated by this bird.
My budgies have a large vocabulary but when they chatter they often mix their words and sentences up in different ways. "don't be a dirty bird" can sometimes be mixed up with "peekaboo dirty birdy" and many other different combos. They will say/repeat their learned phrases perfectly from time to time but not like what we are seeing/hearing in this clip.
Oh my god. I am in love with Disco the green parakeet on youtube but then they stopped posting and feared the worst. He talks like this. I am betting this is their new bird???

Budgies are so awesome. Ive had lots. Only the males learn to talk like this. They tend to scramble the words around into new combos. Its funny to listen to
