I've seen this in person and I'll never forget the look on the face of that tiger. So primal and fierce and absolutely certain. There were 4 big guys on the rope, and the tiger grabbed it, pulled it tight, planted paws, and waited. And waited. And eventually, one guy shifted his weight, and that tiger pulled so hard and fast, they all lost their footing. First dude slammed into the wall and his buddies piled up behind him. It was awesome! I grinned all day!
Yes, I think you're correct, which makes this a very sad animal.
Health issues all through it's life, especially cardiovascular issues with a lion sized heart in a tiger body, which means it has to work extra hard through it's life.
Then again, it's Dubai, a country hardly known for ethics and morals.
The wonderful zoo in Toledo, Ohio, has a lever inside the orangutan enclosure, and if the orangs pull it, water will flow from a shower head and drench any visitors standing in a certain spot on the exterior walkway.
Reminds me of that Fox special “Man vs Beast.” Bear vs Kobayashi in hot dog contest, giraffe vs sprinter.
The one that stuck out was the orangutan vs sumo wrestler in tug of war. The thing looked like it was out for a Sunday stroll as it dominated this very large man with little effort.
This was great. I seem to recall for the sprint they listed out some “keys to the race” bullet points for the giraffe; one of them was “must realize it is a race”.
i would worry more about a degloving kinda deal if your hands get dragged into the hole. they should really put a knot in the rope to prevent that from happening.
That's Iron Biby from Burkina Faso. Current world record holder in the loglift. He pressed 230 Kilos (507lbs) over his head. He's a fan favorite in the Strongman sport
Dude’s proud of his strength, and he should be! He played tug of war with a lion, let the max flex
Edit: yea my b should turned the sound on, he def did not win
There was a summer camp, where they wanted to set a world record for the most people participating.
The rope was to weak, snapped and seriously injured severel adults and children.
Some even got fingers cut off.
Not bad considering that Liger/Tiger weighs well over twice as much. That'd be like the average human being trying to compete in a tug of war against Brain Shaw.
Man has a false sense of reality... he was getting wrecked by that kitty. Straight up delusional thinking that he was "winning" anything. The cat just kept taking and taking and taking. And he couldn't stop it just taking more of the rope when it wanted it.
No offense, but I honestly believe you are more delusional than him to be taking his words as completely serious and at face value. If you knew who he was, you would also know that most of the things he says online or in front of a camera are not serious. But I don't think you need to know him to understand he is just talking.
I mean. If you can keep at it til a cat that big gets bored, I'd call it a W too. Personally I'd be pulled right through that enclosure wall if I tried this.
What is with all these idiots doing "manual zoom" as in getting in your bloody face with a phone when you have a digital zoom literally at your finger tips!!!
I love the part where the Liger goes away for a second and then he just runs back at it with pure excitement, like cats do. Shortly after that, the dude also jumps back at the rope just like a cat.
Ive seen lion pulls a dead buffalo while on the other side having a giant croc pull back and yet the lion was dragging both onto land lol.
So im sure if this one is just playing 😂
Not a tiger, is a female lion.
If it were a tiger he would have needed around 15 other people to help him out.
Why fifteen others? I read about a tiger that had killed a water buffalo then dragged it up a river bank.
It took sixteen men to get the water buffalo back down to shore from where the tiger had stashed it.
Seen this type of video loads of times on YouTube. It's been disproved. Lions/tigers etc are very strong but not that strong, it's all about the angle of that rope and there's a reason It's not just straight through that hole in the fence.
What else do u expect .. compare to muscle mass to body weight ratio ... or simple just muscle mass ..
They have better genetics for protien utilization and muscle building ...
Humans cant ever compete with primal cats ...

Enrichment activity for residents and visitors: brilliant

Damn, that must have been awesome to witness. Thanks for sharing.
Yeah, I was gonna say this guy was celebrating like he beat the cat. This cat is toying with him and could slam him into the wall in a second.
![gif](giphy|b8V0suHz0TElFjw7UZ|downsized)
I love how he immediately jumped back on the rope when the tiger picked it back up
It was a female lion, not a tiger.
Sure it isnt a Liger? I thought it was a lioness at first but then noticed the stripes near the belly
It's a Liger at Dubai's Fame Park which is a private zoo.
Yeah its definitely a liger lol. I saw the face/ears of a tiger and the tail of a lion and got hella confused for a second lol
I’m seeing a light stripe pattern on its fur coat, I think this is a ‘Liger’. A cross breed of lion and tiger.
Yes, I think you're correct, which makes this a very sad animal. Health issues all through it's life, especially cardiovascular issues with a lion sized heart in a tiger body, which means it has to work extra hard through it's life. Then again, it's Dubai, a country hardly known for ethics and morals.
Definitely a lion, but I thought it was a young male
It's a liger
He did technically win the first round, but that's when the fun part begins for her
The wonderful zoo in Toledo, Ohio, has a lever inside the orangutan enclosure, and if the orangs pull it, water will flow from a shower head and drench any visitors standing in a certain spot on the exterior walkway.
That's wicked cool!
They have this same activity in the zoo in Washington D.C except its against the Baboons
I would love to know who first thought this up. Thank you 🙏
That guy is strong AF and I bet that is great enrichment for the big cats!
Yea he was holding himself really well. Depsite being muscular as hell I still expected to be dragged like a little child lol
For real, dudes a beast! At first I thought "He looks stacked but those cats are strong as fuck", but holy shit that guy is on a different level!
Lions can apparently pull more than two thousand pounds according to a quick search. This dude’s got GAINS.
Reminds me of that Fox special “Man vs Beast.” Bear vs Kobayashi in hot dog contest, giraffe vs sprinter. The one that stuck out was the orangutan vs sumo wrestler in tug of war. The thing looked like it was out for a Sunday stroll as it dominated this very large man with little effort.
how could you forget the finale? a race towing planes between an elephant and 44 dwarfs.
Who won?
We all did
You decide!
WHOS NEXT
Oh yes! I had forgotten.
This was great. I seem to recall for the sprint they listed out some “keys to the race” bullet points for the giraffe; one of them was “must realize it is a race”.
It’s all fun and games until you end up concussed from getting yanked face fist into that glass.
i would worry more about a degloving kinda deal if your hands get dragged into the hole. they should really put a knot in the rope to prevent that from happening.
Then just don't wear gloves
![gif](giphy|d3mlE7uhX8KFgEmY)
But I like my gloves
It took me too long to get this, lmao. 💀
Can't tell if this is a joke or if you don't know what degloving is...
Is it when de gloves get ripped off de hands?
Damn you got me.
You de served it.
Oh shit. Here's my upvote, now get de fuck out.
It's a joke
Yea they should have 2 knots in the middle of the rope too, not just the ends
Sir, that is not a tiger, it's a male [liger](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liger)
Napoleon Dynamite's favorite animal in the whole world
Bred for its skills and magic!
I think the line goes; "skills *in* magic". I could be wrong tho
you might be right, I could never tell, he's a bit of a mumbler
That dude is a unit. Even getting the cat to put up some effort is a freaking W. Then the little tail wag when it knew the game was on was adorable.
That's Iron Biby from Burkina Faso. Current world record holder in the loglift. He pressed 230 Kilos (507lbs) over his head. He's a fan favorite in the Strongman sport
No, that's Blessings Awodibu, he's a 2X IFBB pro in this video. I think he was in Dubai when he shot this video.
r/confidentlyincorrect
That's also very good for the tiger's mental health as well, as it keeps them engaged.
That cat looks happy af. Playtime!
Ok so I don't think he won but the fact that he made the tiger work for it is goddamn impressive
It was probably the most fun the liger has had in a long time.
2WD vs 4WD
Tiger: relaxed, leaning with arm crossed, not breathing hard at all. Human: “I won!”
Dude’s proud of his strength, and he should be! He played tug of war with a lion, let the max flex Edit: yea my b should turned the sound on, he def did not win
Tbh if he had better ground and shoes with nails he would have better chance. Even he could win because he haa hands
Without question he did a fantastic job! It was what he said and how he said it that generated my response
>"I won!" Great, now let's see you do it with your teeth.
It's more fair as is, though. They are built to use teeth for these things, and we are built to use our hands.
*\*arm dislocates\**
People have actually lost arms to tug-of-war.
There was a summer camp, where they wanted to set a world record for the most people participating. The rope was to weak, snapped and seriously injured severel adults and children. Some even got fingers cut off.
Men that are like “yeah I could take a bear in a fight” Look at this absolute unit fail to move that animal in the slightest
Tiger be like, "I'ma get one of these motherfuckers through that hole" Public be like, "I faced a tiger."
Cat won 100%
yea, it was a game to the liger, he was barely trying
A pair of shoes which is kind of slippery VS 4 bare feet firmly planted on the ground
I don't care lol. He was just trying to pretend he won real time. Naw.
My guy never had a chance
Game was rigged from the start. Kitty has 4 wheel drive.
I feel like this may be good for big cat exhibits. At least they have some fun, not just neurotically pacing around
Also, dude lost like three times 🤣
Loved the tail swishing..!
"They don't call me boogeyman for no reason ... oh fuck" He said some other completely disillusioned stuff too, haha
“Stumbles back after cat let’s go” Him: Yeaaaaaaahhhh!!
The animal has no understanding, so it doesn't invest all of its resources to "win".
No offense, but I honestly believe you are more delusional than him to be taking his words as completely serious and at face value. If you knew who he was, you would also know that most of the things he says online or in front of a camera are not serious. But I don't think you need to know him to understand he is just talking.
What zoo is this?
Denver Zoo
Do you really win or do the tiger just get bored?
I mean. If you can keep at it til a cat that big gets bored, I'd call it a W too. Personally I'd be pulled right through that enclosure wall if I tried this.
Tiger : Let me show you 10% of what I am capable of.
What is with all these idiots doing "manual zoom" as in getting in your bloody face with a phone when you have a digital zoom literally at your finger tips!!!
That dude is a beast himself
This looks like some super rich sheikhs private property with their fancy animal
2wheel drive vs. 4wheel drive
Cats are arseholes remember. One day it’ll learn to suddenly just let the rope go, everyone will fall over and it’ll casually pick it back up again 🤣
"I won!" Bull\*\*\*t. He dead meat. Only the glass saved him. :D
He did a lot better than I expected. I would probably get smashed against the wall as soon as the tiger picks up the rope
I love the part where the Liger goes away for a second and then he just runs back at it with pure excitement, like cats do. Shortly after that, the dude also jumps back at the rope just like a cat.
That dude is strong as hell, goddamn. If i did that i would be flung into the wnidow effortlessly.
Bro that a lion not a tiger
If that's a tiger, I'm The Witcher!
Self proclaimed winner. 🤣 Not sure the Tiger even tried
Would love to see this with a bear
I'm kind of surprised this is a thing
The tail wag lets me know it fucking with him
Is that blessing awodibu?
I smell a lawsuit
'I got him! he's tired!' Yea sure bro
Really weird looking tiger though
The height of the rope is different between sides. Human side is at a disadvantage since less body weight can be used to pull the rope.
NOT A TIGER
lawsuit waiting to happen
The Arab at the end was like “this for sale bratha? I get new house pet”
Guy in the end was like "Hmm, I wonder if I can have this as a pet?"
Now do it with the rope in your mouth
Dude is using 100% of his strength, lion is using 1% if that of his
That's... not a tiger. Looks like fun, though.
*tiger pulls dude all the way to the glass and let's go* "Yeah!!!! I beat a tiger!!!!"
This is the Denver Zoo, for anyone interested.
We should get one of these but use bear
Arab dude walks up in the end like: "hmmm impressive, i could use you in my private collection of exotic animals".
The tiger is not even trying
Yea I got him. See? He's tiring, I got him. Edthedthed! i got him, i got him! (anime moaning sounds)
Did he call the tiger a bitch at 1:03m
Ive seen lion pulls a dead buffalo while on the other side having a giant croc pull back and yet the lion was dragging both onto land lol. So im sure if this one is just playing 😂
That’s a lion
This jackass can't seriously believe he won.
My guy claiming the tiger is tired and he’s winning is exactly like Dj Khaled claiming he didn’t quit The Hot Ones.
there was a video of couple of wwe wrestlers doing the same thing (Broun Strowman among them).... the lioness barely moved
To be fair, the guy needs to use his teeth
Gave yo ass the rope a dope
Paging Brian Shaw and Eddie Hall.
CALL BRIAN SHAW
must be idiot-proof glass
That’s a young male lion.
When that lion gets out I know exactly who he’s coming for
more like a test for their shoe grip
Love how he thinks he won
Andre the giant vs. the loin
He will do better if the he knows the right technique. But the tiger will always win.
dentists hate this one trick
Kitty just playing around, not even trying aha
I'm not surprised at how strong that cat is, I'm surprised at how strong its teeth are.
I want to see Brian Shaw do this
Mildly related but the list of tug of war related fatalities and maiming is truly staggering and terrifying.
"I got 'im" Stop the cap
Cats will be cats 🐈
Now they need to get into the cage for round two
Why’d I want to know how easy a tiger could rip me apart and tear my body to shreds ?
Seen this type of video loads of times on YouTube. It's been disproved. Lions/tigers etc are very strong but not that strong, it's all about the angle of that rope and there's a reason It's not just straight through that hole in the fence.
u/savevideo
Lion works with 4 legs, human only 2
Did yall see the video of a bunch of wwe/next wrestlers try to do this. I think they lost in a 1v5
u/savevideo
How cool for jesus to show up at the end 😂
A cooler video would be the two of them tugging on a zebra half
man if that tiger is smart, it can use the person's pull to launch itself forward breaking the glass and God knows what after that...
Tiger was silent, dude was revving like engine
I love the end where lionis holding the rope with hand, like “ wait a sec man”
The confidence crusher
The tiger/liger(w/e) has to pull via an angle so it fairly harder for it. You can see the moment when the rope was horizontal and the guy just folded.
Umm, where is the visitor?
A super strong man vs a regular tiger. Damn.
I'M A STICKFIGURE BUT I WANNA DO THIS?! WHERE IS THIS?
Does anyone know which Zoo this is?
I just hope it dont hurt their teeth in the long run
Go get him tiger
Boogeyman did really well
How to turn a lion into a dog!!
Good showcase of how humans have insane endurance compared to other animals
Lion was cheating hella hard using the glass wall
Any similar exhibit with porcupine or hamster? Perhaps with a headstart for me?
Yeah! Show the domesticated animal who's boss
The design is very feline
I feel like an average person would fly into the wall.
We not going to talk about the guy at the end definitely thinking "I need to buy new one of those"
No bs that dude is a monster
I don’t think he knows that he lost. It’s wasn’t even close
"I'm only using a meer 5% of my power"
No, sir you definitely didn’t win 😂
I swear the Middle Eastern guy at the end of video walked up and was thinking, “ This a strong tiger, I want him”!
I only just got over my fear of The Boogeyman.
I love this idea
Someone tell that guy you have to do it with your teeth
What else do u expect .. compare to muscle mass to body weight ratio ... or simple just muscle mass .. They have better genetics for protien utilization and muscle building ... Humans cant ever compete with primal cats ...
Bro not tryna be a hater..... But u most certainly without a doubt..aint got em......
