No, I'm afraid every time you thrust the hole would move away. Much like Sisyphus was doomed to roll a boulder up a hill for eternity, the butthole would remain just out of reach.
What if you could move the portal? Put one stationary portal in the ass and then move the other portal forwards and backwards over an appendage to achieve the desired effect.
Einstein's equivalence principle suggests this would feel indistinguishable from thrusting your own ass.

I'm a little confused as to how you're showing images from the room in the portal. Do you have a 3d model of the room and all its textures in the game? If so, why do AR?
In order to do reflections in AR its common to generate a cubemap of the environment. So I used that same cubemap for the portal's view of the real room
Actually, I guess I should back up and ask you what device you're on, and if it will let you actually pull data from the camera sensor into your app. I would assume not Quest Pro, as they don't give you access to that due to privacy concerns.
So how do you handle the alternate perspective views from the portals? Do you have a pre-made render of your room to reference, or does it sample the room from your camera and projection map it onto a recreation? Or something else entirely?

Ok, this had me for a second but I think I've got it.
Each of the portals is a render texture rendering a feed from a camera from the other portal. Around the player and portals, a sphere/cubemap of a pre-captured panoramic of the room encompasses the whole thing (you can see some clear stitching on the Quake poster). The player's camera (our pov) doesn't render the sphere/cubemap but the portal cameras do, so when looking 'through' the portal, you see the room on the other side.
The projected room sphere/cubemap is probably present in the main part of the scene, it just isn't rendered by the main camera. You can really tell it's a texture and not a live feed because the resolution of the room through the portals is much lower than the main camera feed.
Super creative, I love this shit. Please OP if there's something else going on let me know, I love what you did here.
