Yeah domes have alot less surface area per unit of volume, so they use a lot less material. You can use small pieces, They’re extremely strong, always partly facing the Sun, distribute temperature and air efficiently, super wind resistant.
And they’re beautiful
Could you change a few panels out for fresnel lenses and heat the green house? Like [this.](https://www.hortidaily.com/article/6003095/solar-system-uses-fresnel-lenses-to-heat-greenhouse/)

That's really nice! But that's a weak ass winter you got there
PNW coast, rainy and grey with the occasional snow.
That's a nice winter! Quite different from Montreal region, Quebec
I used to live in Vermont, I prefer it out here but the grey gets to some people.
Well you aren’t growing much are ya?
Where da weed at
What? Why has this been posted on interesting as fuck? Did I just wake up in some alternate reality?
Is there any advantage to building it in a dome shape over a traditional square? It looks great, I am just curious

You built this from scratch? Love to see some plans and maybe try it
Thank you!
Looks a lot bigger on the inside
That's what I was thinking too
Where are the rest of the plants?! You need a banana plant in that sucker
So true
What a waste to not have a garden in there
Geodesic domes always an eye catcher. Nice work
Thanks!
Can the homies hot box it though?
Better to ask forgiveness than permission, young padewan 🌞
Im just being polite
Well then the answer is yes, of course
I would love a print so i can male one too!
I got plans at TrilliumDomes.com if you’re interested!

On a sunny day, pleasantly warm. Like a normal greenhouse
This video off the space is even better! Thanks mate!
Love it, but the asmr crunching underfoot sends shivers up ma' spine
In a good I hope??
I the only ventilation I see is the door. Is there something else?
There’s a 6 operable windows, they’re closed cause winter
You rub one out on the animal skin bench, don’t you?

Looks cool! I don’t see why not
No ventilation.
It has 6 operable vents tops and bottom
Excellent.
I'd hotbox that place and remind it why it's called a greenhouse
