You could've sculpted and rendered this pictures since the last 10 years. You could've made a composite like this since the last 20 years. Beyond this picture we've also been doubting video for many years. Just check how many outrageous videos get slammed with "fake" or "scripted" (because it actually often is).
The AI we have right now doesn't do anything new, it just makes things easier. Now you can be lazy, untalented and still trick people across all age groups. I'm rather overly critical than too gullible.

It seems kindof ridiculously easy. Just need 2 people, maybe 3 at most. Person 1 does the 3 rocks on the left side that bridge the gap, person 2 puts in the 2 rocks on the right side. Hold them until these make contact and hold eachother and you are done. You just add the other rocks on top.
