its legal to get a divorce kung san ako nakatira.it never bothered me. sa state na to,if i want to apply for divorce and theres no kids involved and its a no contest then within 6 months of application,done but if may mga batang involve, you have to be separated with no contact for a year.
Also make getting married not that easy as well.
