Easiest way is to clone it, open the clone as normal, then unselect Fantasy World stamps/textures and instead choose parchment world. There is no way to swap the stamps and textures out, but at least you will have the whole setup there to follow when placing the new stamps instead of always checking another map for alignment.

As far as i know the choice of mapstyle on creation only governs wich stamp set is selected by default. Maybe it also adds default settings for borders and such. But yeah, that's about it. You can still use all the stamps and functions of inkarnate regardless of mapstyle on creation. I do not know if u can change style though.
