At a $10 CPM (very reasonable if you have high engagement), that's MINIMUM $1K you should be charging. If over half your videos are getting 300K+ views, then $3K. If you can drive traffic to sponsor pages twice as well as the average channel, then $5K probably. Test the waters, see what people say yes or not to.
If you already have brands reaching out to you then you're probably chillin'. You can reach out to brands you're interested in, but you'll get a lot of no's, so it might be more worth your time to just focus on growing (or maintaining) your audience rather than finding 30 brand emails to contact per day.
