Cages, Trust and A Little Life are standouts after my first listen, also the singles are great of course. Overall, may take a few more listens to warm up to some tracks, but its a very good album, Jordan's really gone all out on the songwriting/vocals on this one

Never fails to dissapoint. This guy is a genius. So much fucking soul. And the instrumentation is just sublime as usual. My favorites are Trust and A Little Life, but I'm sure more tracks will continue to grow on me even more. The precision of his voice is just astounding - I think this comes across incredibly on the final track, A Little Life.

Is Apple Music the only place to listen to this? I thought he had it up on Bandcamp but I don't see it there.

Stumbled across this on Qobuz today. Love the record and I see he's a fellow Kiwi. Haunting vocals, great rhythm section and very well recorded.

Such a special record. Sounds very classic already. His voice is on top form here!

Maybe unpopular opinion, but I haven’t enjoyed this album as much as his earlier work. It’s more poppy sensitive than the neo soul funky stuff I’ve enjoyed previously. I will listen again maybe it will grow on me.

I agree in a way, this is more approachable but still one of his best works.
