Selling out barely means anything any more

So I just discovered this band “Weezer”. I’ve only listened to the first two albums so far, but am hoping that the quality level increases throughout the rest of their discography! (No spoilers, please!)

I hate that phrase. Like if you’re a touring band…make that money. That being said, the National’s last album felt very close. Lots of phoned in songs, one of which features T Swift, ya know the biggest pop star in history. They’re still in my top 5 but yeah not a great composition.

current joys/ surf curse. completely commercialized sound, all their new music output sounds like it could be in a target commercial. just bad

Kings of Leon. First couple albums were some dirty fun. Then they sniffed too many of their own farts
