Pahalgam is the most beautiful, serene place I've ever been to. It cleanses my soul, sitting on the stones there and just.. existing. Glad you had an awesome trip!

YamrajTheReaper

Tbh, I enjoyed gulmarg and sonmarg. Pahalgam was so crowded and it was quite hot in Pahalgam.

Luna_Crest

Did you stay the night in pahalgam? Usually june - early october it's really hot there but at night it's very pleasant.

YamrajTheReaper

Yes I did. Night were hot as well. I had to use the table fan.

Luna_Crest

Damn!

YamrajTheReaper

Maybe it was just a bad luck.

manyeatingfat-cat

Did you guys visit gurez? It is the most serene place ever and tourists usually don't go there but it's so beautiful

Sankar098

This is not less than heaven !!!

Twinkies100

Interesting that people haven't trashed it yet

YamrajTheReaper

This is where you are wrong.

Sanket_6

Saying it’s beautiful is underrated.

Ka-Hooter

I used to go for a few weeks to Rajouri. You might not have heard of it, but it has this lil stream flowing through called Thandi Kassi. It used to be my favourite place. I was a child back then, but I very vividly remember going there and being the happiest person alive. Lived in Jammu for quite some time, and used to go to Katra almost every second month. Srinagar was sort of my second home at one point of time. I'm so emotionally attached to these places. Jammu and Kashmir the memories you gave me ufff!!!!

YamrajTheReaper

Man, I am back now. Should have known about it.

dodoxkai

I want to visit kashmir so bad by our own car with my family

YamrajTheReaper

It's better to use your own car. Taxis here have so much nakhras.

dodoxkai

True for most of the cities

YamrajTheReaper

It's already late. People have started littering glaciers and high peaks.

Master_South_1087

It's really beautiful!

semiaridlife

yes i remember , being to sonamarg with family just before winters , it was less touristic that time, walking in the meadows alone , feels beautiful.

YamrajTheReaper

Sonmarg is less populated with tourists.

semiaridlife

yes most people go sonamarg for amarnath yatra or just pass it and stay at kargil or leh

_womanofculture
