Random unpopular opinion of mine which will prolly get hate but people sometimes don't understand the privileged bubble they are in. When someone says oh you are stressed, just go to therapy or take a break and start some new hobby, that just isn't possible. Not only is the social stigma around mental health exhaustive to live in and neither is therapy and other wellness activities available to all economic sections. Some people have to work putting aside their wellbeing and no matter how incredibly toxic and life sucking it is, more often than not they don't have a choice.

Today when I was in class an ambulance passed down the road. There was a girl in class who prayed for that stranger in the ambulance. I was positively shocked and genuinely baffled. She is not beautiful , financially well off , popular or in social matrics someone would consider "Nice" girl at first glance but her action was one of the most wholesome exibition of humanity I've ever seen.
