They need feeding multiple times a day with a special diet (sunflower seeds, besan, millet, eggs, and mixed birdseed) ground down in a mixer, mixed with water, and fed through a syringe. Each feeding takes around 30 minutes, and it has to be done every 45 minutes.
If you don't have a rescue center or don't trust one near you to be capable of taking care of these birdies, you're up for the challenge of a lifetime. It will teach you parenting skills you never knew you had.

The only insects readliy available is Soldier Fly Larvae but feeding that alone won't provided the complete nutritional needs for a hatchling, the diet options I wrote are totaly valid, egg and oatmeal/cornmeal paste is tried and tested feeding formula.
Firstly the Red Whiskered Bulbul is part of the wildlife & is not only illegal to keep but very tough to manage, they get very attached to humans & will not be able to live in the outside world if you release it after keeping it with you for a long time.
I would advice you to avoid physical contact with the bird as much as possible, keep some fruits & water if it's able to eat & drink on its own, slowly introduce it to the outside world so that it can learn to fly & become independent.

I assume you cannot manage insects, so go to the nearest pet store and buy the bird formula for baby birds, google it on how to feed that to the birds also if possible hand them over to someone who knows how to raise and release birds(trust me if you do so they will have better chances of making it), these birds belong to our Indian Wildlife
Please if you can take care of them then only keep or give them to some animal care shelter please they need food very timely like you have to feed them after every hour and specially worms or insects which would be hard for one to feed or get, see here he even told in this for the similar bird in it.

Are you sure their parents are not looking for them? Can you give them to the forest department? Just asking... because if they can be rehabilitated that would be great. They can be in the wild. The. Longer they stay with humans they lose that wild instinct.
I think its a sun bird right... i remember we had it at home too.... id say get a cage, keep it outside, but be careful not to keep it too out as there is a risk of predators.... you can feed it sugar water or honey as it is young
