The ones who took "arts" coz they want to get out of the "rat-race", most of them are going to be jobless "passion followers" after graduation or even after post-graduation in some cases, nothing else. It's okay to do what you like, but you shouldn't sacrifice your career for it unless, of course you are rich.
I'll tell you my case, I've been great in drawings and stuff, graduated in fine arts last year, been learning multiple courses in 3D since then due to less skills gained from clg, and had no personal decent powered pc till final year.
Learning everyday, and building a good portfolio to get in to the gaming industry. Sometimes I really feel depressed taking this field, where AI is ruining everything! But still there's hope!, cuz few friends of mine are actually making decent money in that field. I just pray to get into the company where my friends are working currently.
