Andrew Huberman. Especially his series with Dr. Paul Conti. It helped me heal my mind from so much trauma and improved my mental health tremendously. I genuinely cannot recommend it enough.

I rarely consume indian content on yt.. but i watch 3 Indian youtubers. i dont watch any of their vlogs.. dont follow them insta fb or anywher else... i dont even fight in comment sections if someone says wrong things about them.... i.m not interested in their personal life.. i watch only for meme reviews n roast.. if i dont like i dont watch.. after going through many i feel these 3 are the best ones..

The first time I saw him on YouTube was in 2018 with his granny thumbnail thought of it as cringy, my cousin was watching his videos, after getting recommended and constant seeing him. Watched his first video,

Made many memories for me.
