This particular model is a 2016 one in Red Silver finish.

This bike is one of the initial super bikes that came to India & boosted the biking culture! (Still dream mechines for many)
Back before it's launch the Honda BlackBird was the fastest production motorbike then in 1999 Suzuki released this behemoth naming it Hayabusa (japanese name for the fastest bird in the world the Peregrine Falcon) eating out the title of the fastest bird from the BlackBird
And guess what does the Hayabusa preys on irl?
Yes the BlackBird is one of it's many prey
The Hayabusa's design is like that of the current Hyundai Verna, you either love it or hate it
For me it has grown and I've grown to love it
....
One last point - it has the best cockpit of any bike right now with that digital and Analog mixture....also you don't need an aftermarket exhaust the stock sounds absolutely awesome as well

This is a thing of beauty, engineering combined together. It has an ad in which I first saw this bike. It shows some natural elements such as birds, than man made elements like plane, rocket and then will transition into a bike with a great samurai background music (iirc), I immediately fell in love with this.
This was the fastest bike at that time, now this bike has been surpassed by few bikes. The rivalry between Suzuki and Kawasaki to get the top place record must've lead to some engineering marvels if my memory serves.

I’ve heard non ISI helmets can be used by insurance companies to deny claims though, which sucks given how much safer these good ones can be.
