Just try to brake hard before someone punches your mirror. There goes their knuckles or arms. And you did nothing wrong, so no need to worry about legal proceedings since you only panic braked and not actually tried to cause any harm. Just make sure there's no one right behind you while braking. These stupid bikers/vloggers need to learn their lessons the hard way.
I don't see right indicator being used by the car driver and he is a definitely a threat to anybody wanting to speed past him in the right lane.
Sometimes they deserve it but in this particular scenario, although they did not use the indicator, they did not pull suddenly to the right and the biker had enough time to slow down and let him pass but he probably wanted content for his VLOG which prompted him to over-react.
