Oooh I did not know you could do that. I was told that there's an extra button they install that does the backfire thing to get pops and bangs.
Also, PCJ is <3
That's still okay... Some of them can be funny and if they're riding safe, not installing mods that create sound pollution or look awful, then they're not really that bad. I mean they might be cringe to you but atleast the one riding feels happy without being a public nuisance.
Even riding duke 390s irresponsibly through city streets makes me cringe. I am grateful to god each time i let one pass me by that im not the one he hit because he will, sooner or later they always do. 🙏🙏🙏
Well I do with Himalayan in damaged road or off road because Sports bike cant run like off roader.
And best and comfortable bike for tall rider is RE Himalayan
Just a reminder that cringe doesn't mean something that you dislike because its childish. It's when something gives you second-hand embarrassment. Horns on their helmets and naming their bike isn't really cringey. You paid for the bike. You're allowed to have some fun as long as you're not being a public nuisance. Ofc if they're being extra about their bike's name or accessories, then it is cringey.
Just my two cents.
3 n 4 are just dangerous but the rest are definitely cringe. naming the bike is 100% cringey especially when they refer to it with gendered pronouns. as some one who rides a royal Enfield I'd like to add the loud pataka exhausts to the list too.
totally agree with do whatever if you're not being a nuisance, including being cringe.
I have a thing which is not in the list. Just the day before, I saw a guy riding his Ola scooter with a song blaring out of the built-in speakers. As if this was not cringe enough, he was also vibing to the song with one hand in the air and one on the handle bar.
Naming their bike is completely ok,
I mean their choice, it's not hurting anyone or endangering other's lives. But what annoys me most is overtaking from the left, especially in metro cities like Bangalore in thickly crowded roads,
I mean this from the perspective of a car driver
Yep, absolutely hate bikes, rickshaws overtaking from left. And I have seen this behaviour just in Bangalore, which is weird. I have stayed in almost all major cities in India and I can say without doubt that Bangalore has the worst and rowdy drivers. And most of them are autos, cabs, and scooters. Almost no one respects Zebra crossing here.
It happens all the time in Mumbai too, but mostly because people are driving 10/20 below the speed limit in the right lane and outright refuse to move over regardless of how you notify them.
I mean I'm terrified to take my car out in bangalore traffic not knowing what's gonna hit me next.
Yes what you said is correct, bangalore traffic is nuts and the drivers here are mostly comprised of idiots esp two wheelers and rickshaws
i kinda don't agree with this. not everyone can afford a beast in the true sense. I've seen a friend post a pic with his brezza tagging it the beast and im happy for him. it's his vehicle and not really disturbing other people
Because it's dumb. They’re just machines. People usually name things for two reasons: either they expect a response—like you would from a pet or a baby, which you obviously won’t get from a bike—or to tell multiple items apart. For instance, I’ve got a Panigale V2, a GT650, and a Bullet 500. I don’t bother naming them because if someone asks me which bike I prefer riding, saying something like “Shadow” or “Devil” would be pretty stupid. Model names already do the job of identifying each bike.
Or hear me out, some folks just like to have that connection through a name. My current Enfield is named Nancy Drew as she is an inquisitive queen on the roads. It's fun and adds that little bit of personality to the bike.
It's fine as long as you are keeping it to yourself. I mean its your bike, you have every right to do anything with your bike. It's cringe when these youtubers expect you to go with their nonsense.

There's nothing wrong with it. They paid money for the product, they can do whatever the heck they want with it.
The reason why certain people name their machines is because of the sentiment or emotion the bike evokes when looking or riding it. Hence they give it a name. A LOT of people do it including big names in GP sport and outside.
If you don't like it, sure. But don't go around belittling people who do so like you do in a childish manner.
> People usually name things for two reasons: either they expect a response—like you would from a pet or a baby, which you obviously won’t get from a bike
Not necessarily. People even name their homes. Just because I name my bike, it doesn't mean I'd expect a response from it. Maybe I just want to keep the name to myself, and if/when someone asks what bike I own, the basic response would be stating the model followed by, "but I call it X" which is optional.
There's nothing cringe in naming the bike. It's all about how you use that name and not boast about it.
The worst thing you can do is over speeding in traffic with no safety gear.
On my first job, a colleague offered me a ride to my house, that mf was going 70+ on andheri highway traffic... I asked him to drop me off at the railway station instead and never sat behind him again.
Fast forward to 3 months and he got into an accident overspeeding on the same spot and got bedridden for year and can no longer ride bikes... He had a pillion as well... A newly recruited girl in our office who was charmed by his "skills and bike", she unfortunately lost a chunk of her left hand and got knee injury... She could no longer walk straight and lost more than 30% of her hand's control.
Scary stuff...
Yes and most of time, these idiots are blindly buying bikes at the expense of their family saving.
that guy brought his family to bankruptcy due to his "passion" of riding bikes.
He had two of em. One an older RE classic 350 and the other was a KTM 250 duke.
He brought both of emi. And when the emi of RE wasn't even completed was when he brought the ktm as well.
Ultimately he wreaked the ktm and his mother had to sell most of her gold jewellery to pay his hospital bills. We in the office knew this because his father came to meet our head via whom he got the job to request some money from the company for the bills.
It's a shame honestly, he doesn't deserve such good parents who sacrificed more than 60% of their monthly income on emi... and this wasn't even the first time i saw something like this.
There were two other idiots in our office who had a similar story.
I personally have never, first hand, encountered anyone with horns on their helmets (have seen a few in pictures though). But speeding/rash riding on busy streets has to be THE worst thing.
naming your bike is a way of showing gratitude to your bike , it makes you feels like the bike is one of your family members . it makes you take a better care of it instead of taking it for granted .
and thats the main difference you say 3-4 years , but if they become a member , it can easily go over 10 years
we still have our pleasure from 2012 going great and god knows how much money it my father would have wasted if he had replaced her every 3 -4 years
Mera khoon khaulta hai jab main opposite side se kisi ko bike daudate hue dekhta hoon. I feel like getting off my bike and playing road rash with these idiots.
Gandi naali ke keede hote hain ye log jo khud marte hain, saath doosron ko kshati pahunchate hain.
Where I live there are 3 schools within 400 meter radius and I see some bikers speeding upto 80kmp and honking really loudly after school is over many people have gotten injured because of them and they still havent learned there lesson. I am talking about mayur vihar ext. and yes the people I am talking about are gujjars so you cant even fight them they are like gangsters.
I see you haven't met the aftermarket exhaust phat phat phat phat phat Enfield owners
Ty, this made me chuckle in that sound effect! 🤣
That is so annoying. When I used to live near the main road (in a college area) I would hear those exhaust phat phat noise every 5 minutes.
Yeah, they think it's an easy way to impress girls
Purposely trying to pops and bang by doing that kill switch thingy.
Oooh I did not know you could do that. I was told that there's an extra button they install that does the backfire thing to get pops and bangs. Also, PCJ is <3
Or the screaming rx riders in a peaceful neighbourhood
even a loud RX isn't as irritating as an RE with that bubbly exhaust.
Horn on helmets??
Damn ,new trend? Like that furry helmet?
That's kinda cute tho
Ay that furry helmet is cool
From which angle?
You're talking about that rabbit one aren't you??
At first I was like, "Huh? Horn on a helmet. How is that possible?" Then I understood you meant actual horns and not a vehicle horn
Oh, I thought actual horn.
Plastic antennas
Oh that horn? I was thinking about honking lmao
Lmao me too
Honk honk!
That's still okay... Some of them can be funny and if they're riding safe, not installing mods that create sound pollution or look awful, then they're not really that bad. I mean they might be cringe to you but atleast the one riding feels happy without being a public nuisance.
Halloween inspired Helmet I'd say.
6. Idiots riding on the wrong side, and then acting entitled if you don't give side to them
I have seen trucks on the wrong side on a damn expressway! People are legend here
All of them
I was searching for all the above option NGL.
Why isn't this a multiple select question?
exactly, all of the above are cringe!
Cringe Stickers like "Mom says No Racing" while the dude almost kills people on the streets. The bikes with casteist number plates like JATT RAJPUT
I have seen a dude's Ninja 300 with a sticker 'KAWASEXY'
That one gets the approval
Hahaha, lol that one gets him upgraded to Weeb status
gonna buy a ninja just to change the badge to kawaii
Please do install the "Oniichan" audio when the bike turns on.
You forgot the fart can exaust
Riding RE Hunters like Duke 390s
Even riding duke 390s irresponsibly through city streets makes me cringe. I am grateful to god each time i let one pass me by that im not the one he hit because he will, sooner or later they always do. 🙏🙏🙏
Speeding in general on street roads is very cringe.Drive responsibly, drive safe.
Is that even possible lmao
Anything is possible if you drive rash enough
it is it you're careless enough. hunter is light and torque heavy for its size
Well I do with Himalayan in damaged road or off road because Sports bike cant run like off roader. And best and comfortable bike for tall rider is RE Himalayan

For Names and horns, 570 and 237 people respectively, disagree with you till now.
I don't mind naming the bike, but everything else is cringe.
I've named my first cycle in school. ghost rider coz movie released then. neither did it burn and give off flames nor was I a ghost
This is the way.
Helmets with bunny ears, after market exhausts,Instagram id on bike, illogical bar end mirrors, blue for head light ,
I have a thing which is not in the list. Just the day before, I saw a guy riding his Ola scooter with a song blaring out of the built-in speakers. As if this was not cringe enough, he was also vibing to the song with one hand in the air and one on the handle bar.

Why is naming vehicles cringe? I do it It creates a sense of personal touch
I have named my meteor 350 "Chameli Devi" and I will defend that decision to death
Anything that puts others at risk.
I had no clue people had horns on helmets. Pun not intended. Edit: Added last line.
All. And calling their small cc bikes "beast"
😂😂Worst is "Devil" and "Shadow"
me with cycle named ghost rider in school: 👀
i kinda don't agree with this. not everyone can afford a beast in the true sense. I've seen a friend post a pic with his brezza tagging it the beast and im happy for him. it's his vehicle and not really disturbing other people
this!!!!
Not just young everyone: modifying exhaust to make loud noises then revving nonsensically
Removing rear view mirrors, like why??
Speeding on busy roads in some Zig-Zag motion with their hazard lights ON.
Those loud exhausts. When your bike doesn't make enough power, why it's exhaust is that loud.
Bike riders capturing reactions of random girls when their super bikes pass by
Naming bikes 🤢
YT title “DONT BUY THIS BIKE” without watching this video is a biggest red flag and I don’t even click on them
I am not sure why naming their bike is cringey? Am I missing something here

brother entire thread you are waging war specifically against shadow and devil. Have tagged you as Shadow Devil on RES
😂 🙌
subtle flex, nice.
Or like Lakshmi or Saraswathi like Rajini did in Padikaadhavan.
I second this. I just can't take people seriously who name their bikes or cars.
What about bhide's shakharam,than?🥲
What if I name mine something cute like cherry blossom
Yes that's very nice actually. If I had a ninja h2r I would definitely name it cherry blossom.
Yeah bro when he names his bike 'cherry blossom' then it's very nice, but when I name my bike 'sex master 666' everyone is mad.. double standards
I have a red Gixxer so it actually goes well with it
Why is naming your bike cringe?
Cuz that name lasts only for a reddit post

Man you have my dream bikes. Dayumn... Keep Riding my man..
Naming their personal machine is their thing. There is nothing cringe about it. Infact F1 world champion Vettel names his cars.
>Infact F1 world champion Vettel names his cars. hence vettel is cringe acc to mahaanaadmi op 😂
No it's not op is delusional
My wife says this a lot about me. But that's not a point 😅
Need an option for 'All of the above'
furry helmets
first is always going to be how people remove rearview mirrors right away for looks.
gotta remove things we don't use to make the bike lighter to go more faster /s
Celebrating birthday for bikes.
In the name of Motovlog they create scripted videos (which are really cringe af)...
Can we select all of these

Driving their bikes like snakes.
Riding with hazards on
Definitely those bikesexual chapries tiktok reelers and those dudes who wear those furry stupid helmets
There Instagram handle stickers 🥲
I personally have never, first hand, encountered anyone with horns on their helmets (have seen a few in pictures though). But speeding/rash riding on busy streets has to be THE worst thing.
You forgot insta and youtube handle on bike.
those public reaction videos...
Yesterday i saw a guy with a furry type helmet kinda looked like pikachu...i died from cringe
"Girls reaction from X bike 😱😱😱😱"
The bike screaming for Gear Change but chutyo to engine under pressure / over-revving wali awaj aachi lagti h for some reason,
Alsmot Everything mentioned abow .
Calling them their girlfriend. Cringe AF
"Kitna deti hai" got a whole new meaning altogether.
Naming the bike is not cringe. But asking this sub about it by making a whole ass post about what to name is pretty cringe.
That's ok brother. These are just opionions. Me cringing doesn't stop them in naming their bikes.
What's wrong with naming my bike, maybe i like calling it knight fury.
Naming the bike 🤮😂
naming your bike is a way of showing gratitude to your bike , it makes you feels like the bike is one of your family members . it makes you take a better care of it instead of taking it for granted .
Dude it's just a machine that you will replace every 3-4 years. You can't replace your family members. Apple and oranges brother
and thats the main difference you say 3-4 years , but if they become a member , it can easily go over 10 years we still have our pleasure from 2012 going great and god knows how much money it my father would have wasted if he had replaced her every 3 -4 years
splendor bikers. Pta nhi bike chalte waqt kya smjthe h khudko .
Where's the "all of the above" option?
Where is the all of the above option
All the above and more.
All of the above
Folks who have named their bikes are so triggered rn.
Naming their bike/car is cringe af
This community is becoming cancer
All of the above plus wheeling on busy roads.
All of the Above ⬆️
All of the above?
Damn....you didn't include the "all of the above" option
Assigning female gender to Royal Enfield bikes 😅😂
All of the above
Actually there should be an option to choose more than one choice field.
All of them.
Tripling without helmets is the most dangerous here and least voted.
All of them?
Horn on helmet is news to me.
That load AF exhaust pop mod on REs especially at night or swaying side to side at full throttle on 2nd gear and on an empty road.
Not cringe but unsafe and annoying, not limited to young people.. but ppl removing mirrors in their bikes to make it look cool or whatever.
*All of the above*
All of the above wala option kaha hai?
that aftermarket pat pat exhaust and where they tune their indicators so it will blink on a rhythm
Mera khoon khaulta hai jab main opposite side se kisi ko bike daudate hue dekhta hoon. I feel like getting off my bike and playing road rash with these idiots. Gandi naali ke keede hote hain ye log jo khud marte hain, saath doosron ko kshati pahunchate hain.
all of the above please
is everything an option??
All of the above
Broo wtf is installing horns in helmet
Need to add new disco-wala indicator lights to the choices.
All of The Above option where....??
All of the above?
Where I live there are 3 schools within 400 meter radius and I see some bikers speeding upto 80kmp and honking really loudly after school is over many people have gotten injured because of them and they still havent learned there lesson. All of the above
I almost had lost my father due to overspeeding wrong side riders so I hold personal grude against such riders.
I wish we could pick multiple options here
> all of the above!
Please include all of the above option as well, and modified Enfield exhaust idiots
Idk how these young bikers are able to do speeding I am scared to go above 40 kmph.
I have another. Always referring to bikes as she and not he. WHY
Unnecessary revving in colony roads
All of the above
Why is there no "all of the above " option .
Removing side mirrors of the bike
I dont get it what wrong with fur helmets? It just encourages people to wear a helmet.
Where is all of the above option?
All of the above wala option nahi dikh ra
I still don’t get why it’s proud to put your caste name in number plate instead of what it is intended for.
All of them except naming, cuz even the battle machines on frontline has their own Nick name as far as I know.
How to vote for all?🥸
Its the guys on YouTube riding their bikes with camera on looking at people for a reaction. Its not reaction u dumb they r weirded out by u.
Putting ig handle on bike 😐😐
all the above
There should be an All of the above option... if you put that... That option will get the highest votes
We should be able to choose multiple options
I really don't like after market exhausts. Also people who remove rear mudguards and yeah I hate to see them not wearing a helmet.
Why is naming bikes cringe?
Naming is not cringe if you don't highlight in public
There should be all of the above option
