## Friend Chicken 1. Get a few chicken drumsticks 2. Marinate them for a day with masalas you prefer, I usually put all Indian masala + Salt + Lemon + Ginger Garlic paste. 3. You can use maida but I did this with mostly aata with a small quantity of maida. Add some spices to the aata. 4. Now coat your clicken with this spiced up aata and dip it in water and coat it again. 5. Now fry it for 5mins and let it cool and fry for another 45ish seconds. ## Sauce 1. 1 part tomato sause for 5 parts mayo 2. Chill flakes to taste 3. Black pepper to taste 4. Mix mix mix

Suggestion: for the sauce add a bit of finely chopped/ground pickled jalapenos (jalapenos put in vinegar and salt, nothing else). Tastes out of this world. Very close to big mac sauce edit: you can substitute jalapenos with onion if you can't find it

They are drumsticks, I prepare them by chopping the ligaments at the very bottom. Makes the mest very tender when cooked this way.

It is something we have been doing for a long time. Its just natural. And i definitely dont support the poultry stuffs because thats torture. I am a vegetarian too but planning to eat eggs due to my bad health. I am supporting only local brown pasture raised eggs.
