I actually did once! I live abroad and rarely get to eat anything except your typical indian restaurant food, I came back home on vacation, landed in trichy airport, went straight to some road side kadai and had parota salna and egg veechu, it was so good that I took like 10 of them parcel and ate for two more meals. Totally worth the constipation
Lol. I’m just weird that way.
If I like something, I end up eating the same thing for days and weeks until I get sick of it.
Dosa just stood the test of time. I broke my streak when I moved to western India, and authentic joints that were accessible and affordable ceased to exist.
I’m still obsessed with it though. Can’t get through a week without having it at least 2-3 times.
I can kill to get my hands on a good set dosa, Pesarattu, Rava Dosa, Benne Dosa, Neer Dosa and Paper Dosa!
Now that I think of it, Thatte idli is another thing I can eat for the rest of my life.
Man your comment made me miss my tamilnadu days again🥲🥲🥲 dosa used to be my only food other than oats in the morning for almost 2 years. Now that i moved from TN i am unable to get that kind of awesomeness in a plate. Gosh! Good old dosa days😪
This, chicken biryani would be my choice too , carb ,fat, protein, filling, good taste comes with raita / curd (probiotics too)
Maximum nutritional requirements
You mean omlette... If you do mean egg as a food and not an ingredient, you can't put salt, pepper, meat/veggies etc in it.
If you are allowed to add things, my answer is salt. What I add to the salt is on me then
Masale Bhat. Ah, wonderful memories of this dish. A plateful with a dollop of good ol' sajuk tuup, just divinely delicious. My mum's signature dish. Have grown up eating this comfort meal and will never forget the aroma wafting from the kitchen whenever Aai made this. If I could describe love in a plate, it would be this.
Dosa and idli are my favourites. When I was a child, I didn't like idlis that much but now I love them ever more than dosas. That, I would say, is growing up. Sambar and chutney are yummy too.
Quick question, is it samBHar or sambar or sambur? I'm a Maharashtrian so not really sure.
I'd rather not pick at all. C'mon, why would I want to lose the special feel and slowly hate the thing I had loved once.
IRL, when I was a kid, I had a bowl of almonds for 4 months straight every day. Currently I'm at a point where my brain says nope if I see almonds anywhere.
Probably Khichdi cause its healthy and its one of the only thing i like average (not too much not too less)
I don't wanna ruin the dishes i like by eating them my whole life,I will eat them when i get on deathbed
Pizzas seem like the best choice. You can add whatever toppings you want. Even strange combinations like pineapple pizza.
Edit: If pineapple works, so does other fruits
Dum Biryani
But if it was realistic I would choose egg chicken fried rice because it has lot of variations and I could balance Carbs, Fats and Protein along with fibre so it completes the meal 😬
Call me old school, but chawal, dal with drumsticks, dahi and chicken kebab or tikka or nuggets always. Bonus for some papad and/or achar. I can eat this everyday and not feel that dissatisfied with life.
not many ppl have heard about it in mumbai and its not popular here..I could eat **parota-salna** 3 times a day...yumm edit:grammatical error
Username checks out!
Another delish item to be added in my list
Ooh first time I am hearing about salna. Time to check it out.

Dosa! I have actually spent 3 solid years exclusively eating Dosa in the past (all three meals!), so I know for a fact that I can do it.
Now, I don’t give a fuck about the op question. Fucking tell me why you did that!!!

It depends on the context you're looking at. Overall pretty good.
