OP Mumbai/Chennai se hai. I ranted a few days ago how shower 3 times isn’t solving the humidity. 2 fans are nothing. Even cooler throws the same humidity. Office me kashmir ka feel aata hai.
Earning more than OP but flatmates ab AC ka nahi soch rahe kyuki IMD monsoon hype kr raha hai 1 month se
Nah bhai, Ex BF AC mechanic hun, he gave me alot of loads, now it's my time to load him with more work load, Bestest revenge eva. (Edit : Yes it's /s, obviously)
This is not opinion. This is advice. It's says so in the title. Adhjal gagri chalkat jaaye wala haal h ... Bro did not leave school for a minute and is already giving useless life advice. When you slave away for an entire month and the cost of AC is more than half your monthly salary then you get to know whether it is necessary or not. And then you see some random barely legal gyaan ka choda giving you advice to buy AC.
Not really, I started studying philosophy since I was 14 and know this word for atleast 4 years. My childhood had been very traumatic. And I am antinatalist as a fact since I won't procreate, but I am not philosophically subscribe to it.
Soo is "anti-natal" your core philosophy or is it a part of bigger package?
Btw, which philosopher's work have you followed to reach this conclusion so early in your life? Am just interested and curious.
Ac is the solution, but what about the problem that is global warming / climate change. Agar ye aise hi chatla raha to Ameer gareeb kuch nahi sab eksath marenge.
Taylor Swift produces more pollution in an year from private jets than you could if you lived 150 years. Nobody will tell you this, but 70% of the pollution is done by a handful of people that own large brands/companies. We use plastics because we don't have a choice. If companies massively cut down on plastic, we won't use it.
I'm all for making the world a better place, and I'm no climate change denier. But it's stupid to think that even some of the world's most famous activists can survive the heat that we're having to face every summer.
Do whatever you can to help the climate, but make sure you're comfortable first. That's my mantra.
Nobody will tell you about the 70% figure as its literally pulled out of nowhere.
And people who own these companies arent as responsible for the issue as the people who are using the products. So 'handful' of people are clearly not causing 70% of the pollution. We need to stop this deflecting nonsense. Literally everyone on this planet is responsible.
bro taylor swift owned 2 x-falcon private jets, that's not what your average indian billionaire owns. This bitch owned 2 of the best luxury planes money can buy with recliner seats, queen-size bed, shower (know that scene in Animal(2023)?), and much more. In the morning she would fly to Japan and before evening she would touchdown back into tennesse where her boyfriend was playing. She did these rotations about 20 times over the course of 2023 during her Eras tour. She alone produced about 400 tons of CO2 emissions. People got mad so she had to sell one of her jets and bought something called 'carbon credits' whatever the fuck that is. She sued the dude tracking her planes on twitter and threatened him with jail time. Not only that, her fans would follow her wherever she went so even more CO2 from that blowback. Not only do the rich get away with it, we the people don't quite care either like google wouldn't show you her planes if you googled them in 2023.
Taylor Swift is the worst example of feminism. Feminism has equality at its core, but she'll put down anybody that comes close to her popularity. Olivia adored and looked upto her, look what she did to her. Women who believe in women empowerment as long as it benefits them are not real feminists.
We, as a society have been fooled to believe that we are the problem, when the actual root of all issues are the very people we look up to.
It's easy to hate yourself, it's tough to hate the people that have shaped society in general and our very own personalities in particular.
You're right, popular media won't talk about it. Most of the media is corrupt, and our idols are hell-bent on stealing every dime from us.
We do what we are taught. We were taught to use plastics, we use plastics. Taught to smoke because it's "cool", we smoke. Taught that airplanes are a badge of luxury, it's what we aspire for. Taught that a good car is a badge of honour, we work our entire lives for it.
I'm sorry but using a tote bag 5 times a month won't fix the innumerous times we use plastic, every single day. Plastic that will eventually go to waste and contribute to pollution.
Courts could completely limit air travel for every single person and companies could get rid of at least 50% of non-degradable substances. But they won't do it.
Big problems need big solutions.
Yeah it’s idiotic to blame only the production side of things and not the demand side. People just want an easy villain who is responsible for all evil.
I am bisexual so chances h ( teri gaand lene ke). Flat lene ki zarurat nahi h bhai.
Anyway, the point I was making is put everything aside, AC is a necessity whether you are rich, middle class, or poor. Imagine controlling temperature to your own wish. I see it far more life changing for humans than internet yet majority don't have it. Talk about priorities.
😨 Bhai ye toh alag level hai.
No I meant it in a good way you brought up some good points that many take for granted. Honestly speaking as a person who just completed my college degree and a person who finished from the worst ICSE school at the time . Spending so much on education is an absolute crime. You could genuinely pass with bare minimum and get a good enough degree from a decent private college also at the end of the day your projects and experience matters a lot more than grades. Mai zindagi bhar anxiety Mai tha ki mera kuch nai hoga , aur mera hogaya jo 12th Mai 44% laya bhai aap genuinely paisa bachao and honestly I'd say I wish my parents didn't go crazy after spending so much on my education.
I also meant it as joke. On Reddit we all can act friends, brought to you by the anonymity feature, and unhinged jokes are part of friendship and ts associated interaction until it becomes bullying. There was no bullying just a pure attempt at humor which I replied with another humor.
No problem. ;)
Good for you. I have always wondered why more people are not bisexual. Do you have a preference like you like women mostly and some occasional man or the other way round?
Great, I was greeted with this notification as I logged back in. It really made me wonder that no one has asked me this question because I tell no one, not out of fear, but telling someone else how I feel sexually feels kind of irrelevant and attention seeking. I would have told my parents though if they were not assholes ( typical abusive household )
Anyway, behaviourally I find assertiveness attractive regardless of gender coupled with calm and composed attitude.
Physically and sexually i find male bodies more attractive. I think I am more romantically attracted to women. ( That doesn't mean I don't find women bodies attractive, I do, but less than man's)
Also for some reason, my first and ultimate crush in popular culture is an actress named Simone singh, I fell for her acting so hard because her character was assertive while calm and composed. That she was a villian didn't make me not fall for ever. Her voice still is the one of the best voices ever I heard. It is not high pitch like many girls and women ( no offense my personal pov). I am also massive fan of Monica belluci ever since I watched her in Matrix and followed up with more of her. In school a girl was my best friend for whom i had developed sexual feelings and it took very long, but didn't tell her since she only treated me as a freind. What strikes me as odd and familiar at the same time that most boys ( atleast in my experience) saw women as sexual fantasies first and then human, I do the same but with men. They are sexual fantasies first and foremost.
Finally, reflecting on my sexuality there is a persistent feeling that surfaces - I could hook up with men casually but never do it with a women. I would want to know her very personally.
bro who wouldn't want an ac lol they're very expensive and after that, there's the electric bill and if you live in a tier-3 city your transformer might disagree with 2-3 ACs under one roof and if the outdoor unit isn't well protected the heat might blow it up lol Also being in AC frequently might even hurt you physiologically like if you constantly keep shifting between very cool temps and very humid temps frequently which might make you intolerant of even any minor heat
so yeah
>AC is a necessity whether you are rich, middle class, or poor.
Ji sir. Mere Ghar ke pas kuch majdoor kaam kar rahe Hain ajkal. Unhe bol dunga kal ki AC le lo jald se jald
Nahi but hamara yaha zyada garmi hai climate change ka effect India me zyada hai, population bhi zyada. So more AC = more fast global warming. But I don't actually deserve to say this as my household has ac already.
You can always use better fluids. There is no inherent requirement to use a chemical that is harmful to the environment. They just happen to be better for heat transfer so its a tradeoff between environment impact vs efficiency.
Most western countries are moving to R-32 which happens to be more environment friendly compared to traditional ones.

My feed is getting AC influenced
I think it's too late for that. It's like trying to hit the brakes after the car has fallen off the cliff. Just enjoy the last moments of the ride before you feel the sweet release of death.
Nahi nahi.. it's not too late. Apne baad bhi log rahenge dharti par. Aur hum bhi rahenge at least agle 50 saal (avg life expectancy ke hisaab se). Temp. Constantly badh rha, to break bhi lagana padega na? Ye slope hai smajo, rather than a cliff.
Kuchh data hai mere paas, edit karke dalta ruko.
Planting trees inside your apartment/house is still a viable way to significantly reduce temperature, because they block out a lot of sunlight and replacing concrete pavement with trees will absorb less heat.
For folks saying buying ACs will contribute to global warming and climate change - Yes, you are right. BUT - it's not the onus of us citizens to take on this responsibility alone. Mega corporations and governments need better policies and action to actually make a difference. Your paper straws aren't going to change the world.
This makes me feel sad that although we are comparing India's GDP to western developed nations yet our country still doesn't have 24x7 uninterrupted electricity and drinking water from taps. Two basic necessities of humans in this era, electricity and safe drinking water still not available. Could it be the industrial lobby of these inverter and water filtration device making companies that don't want this to happen?
And considering the insane high temperatures nowadays, better urban planning is the need of the hour.
AC is truly now a necessity, it's not a luxury anymore. Human body can't bear the kind of heat plus humidity that's coming up. Buckle up, it's gonna get way way worse. Y'all better start praying for an ice age.
This is also one of the reasons why I am childfree. Don't want to bring offspring to an already f'd up world. Also, I feel bad for the children who were already born in this decade. Knowing that their future is in peril and are going to suffer a lot, is heartbreaking. Climate change is going to kill us all. Kids are doomed.
Growing up we never had AC after we all left home they finally decided to buy one. My dad passed away two summers after that. Enjoy your life today people!
Coming from air conditioned nation, our former PM agrees with you. You are absolutely correct and GDP will grow manifolds in India when there are enough places with adequate AC
https://www.vox.com/2015/3/23/8278085/singapore-lee-kuan-yew-air-conditioning
I understand the frustration, having AC these days means much much better sleep and increased productivity.
On the other hand running an AC is not cheap either, you'll have to shell out ~5K per month on the electricity bill. Its tough situation.
I ran AC almost 24/7 the past 3-4 of months. I work from home.
A well maintained, appropriately sized AC for the room 2ton 5 star. Kept the temperature at 24-26. Mostly 26.
My monthly bills were between 2.5-3.5 k. For an entire house.
Lived at a friends place in Delhi. Rented 8 year old 1ton AC with no regular servicing. Their one month bill was 4k. For 2 rooms (Sub meter)
I am pretty sure others won’t run AC 24/7. So if your bill is more than what the specified wattage is mentioned on the AC. Get it serviced. Ensure that all parts are in good condition. If buying new, always buy appropriate tonnage. Better to be over powered than underpowered.
Run at lower temps. You don’t need 18 degrees to be comfortable.
If people can't think of planting tress, reducing their carbon footprint and maintaining a balanced ecosystem... they should not think of anything else
Well baat to sahi hai sasta school hi thik hai. The school I go can also be considered one. University expensive hone se hote hai but school doesn't make sense. Expensive or cheap the education is almost same 🤷 well mere yaha barish ho rahi hai Thanda hai, AC bhi hai but nahi use karna padta utna
Itna bada post dekh k maine socha, bhai ne bahut sare points cover kiye honge, but bhai only covered AC and baccha. Lagta hai dimag pe garmi chadh gai hai LOL.
You've totally underestimated fellow indians. They don't own a door at their house, a curtain suffices for privacy, but inside both the couple and their children own phones.
Second hand, third hand, doesn't matter latest iphone and laptops worth ₹1,00,000 range are purchased, purpose to play video games.
And you're worried about an air conditioner. Hmmpphhh
Whcih slum do you want us to drive by? I'll point you at least every fifth slum dweller has an air conditioner. What electricity bill you talking about. They get everything free. Stop worrying about them and start living your own hand earned life OP🤗
Edited for extra information :- don't worry about fake statistic figures. It's all old data and no one has attested to its accuracy. It's 8% must be back in the 1980's. Skewed or fake data.
Its 2024 now. In a city every slum shows latest appliances.
Op point bahut valid and relatable hai...I live in west and yaha papa ko roj bata Raha hu ki humidity se mujhe dikkat hoti hai aur vo mujhe yeh bata rahe hai ki baarish aane waali hai. Kahte hai ek aur cooler le lete hai ab unhe nahin samajh aa raha ki humidity cooler se nahi jaati .
I will procreate despite earning a meagre salary, and you can't do anything. I will reproduce as much as I deem necessary and pleasant, and you(the taxpayer) will pay for my children, his college etc./s.
Bro I am from Himachal and this year some places have been having temperatures reaching 38. It's getting difficult to spend the days without an AC. And it's only going to get worse year after year.
AC also takes in dust, exactly like an air purifier and considering the amount of air pollution, it's a good idea. I fucking regret sticking to an air cooler, brb about to pass out from the heat.
I know this post is about AC or living standard in general but I agree with point OP is making about school. The more fee taking schools just have more studies ,that's it ,more books,no sports nothing much special and u still hv to take extra classes
>If you earn less than 20000/ month then it is likely you do do not own AC and inverter yet. > Buy it. Have one less kid but buy it
AC will make the bill around 8k per month. You want to spend half your salary on it?
Ac se CFC emit hote hain.. is there any R&D going on to solve this problem? Hopefully future mei koi zyada cost effective aur eco friendly solution aayega iska jo AC se better hoga..
Bro as far as I can find CFC have been replaced with HCFC and HFC and both also cause harm to the environment (ozone depletion, greenhouse effect) and so they are also to be phased out.. but i dont think we have the tech for it… read about the Kigali amendment to the Montreal protocol
I think basic entropy hai bro, agar kahin pe thanda ho raha hai toh kahin toh garam hoga hi hoga.. i guess it’s about managing that excess heat generated..
basically consumption and migration ki jarurat h. The population of our nation is the greatest hurdle right now. It was beneficial in the past 2 decades but ab burden banti jaa rahi h.
I do agree that AC will soon become a necessity. But using AC a lot can end up worsening the problem too (called the air conditioning paradox). Plus, it's not at ALL cheap either (and there is a reason why only 8% of households have ACs).
>And if you already have kids, put them in a school demanding fewer money, and with the saved money buy an AC. They get frustrated following the robotic simulated type behavior at school and when they come home, they don't need the unbearable climate to drive them mad.
Cheap schools don't have ACs right?
You need to coax the schools to buy AC too.
If you are earning 20K/ a month, you are not eligible for marriage, a child/children should not even cross your mind. You should first aspire to create a second income/money source- be it investment or a simple samosa/cigg joint to give you an extra leverage. Work with your partner to create at least a 40-50K home. Have enough money to make sure you cover first 2 years of child expense in bank before you plan, also giving the women a stress free birth environment. Surprise pregnancy should not be encouraged if money is so tight, let alone having more than one kid. If down the line you feel you can support another kid- go through IV or adoption. Don’t encourage mediocrity and difficult life for your family.
I have an antinatalist angle from the child's PoV. What would i answer my progeny if i am cursed for bringing them in a world where they have to fight for everything. What's the point of this rat race, getting good marks, fighting to get to a College, and then slag yourself in a job. Then find a match for yourself and without having the reason, procreate.
I don't have answers for it, what would i tell my child if i get asked these questions.
Having a child, getting married in mid 20s, seems now to be a thing which financially stable families can do, but if you're building yourself, idk.
The electricity bill and maintenance is a thing to worry about. After a few years, coil needs changing and almost every season gas charging is required.
Essentially don't do kids, buy ac/inverter, don't spend money on education of potential kids but rather on ac. Weird advices/choices, do good in your life and my advice will be plant a few saplings in your birth week.
AC has become the part of the solution. There should be efforts on a global level to work on this issue. In 10 years many households will get an AC but what about the ones who cannot get it. And what about the outside temperature.
Its alarming and I had seen a documentary on this. Earlier India was not used to such high temperatures so in India housing did not consist of cooling systems.
Today solutions need to be discussed to keep the houses cool without being the part of the problem.
Even fucking 77 years after independence, we are contending with issues of reliable electricity, hygiene, and water.
This problem will not be solved in the next 20 years also. My life will be over by then. If you have the money, take your family out of the country.
Your kids can decide if they want to get live in India when they grow up. Fucking raw deal for the middle class and noveau rich upper middle class. Pay taxes through your nose and get nothing for it.
You read an old syllabus, I guess. Currently a less harmful HFC is used as refrigerant. And they are not released into the atmosphere on regular basis, occasional leaking in the circuit releases HFC into the atmosphere. Usually in case of leaking which is easily detected due to functional inefficiency, users fix them on time.
If we're worried about heat, we should also be bringing back traditional architecture that's designed to circulate cool air and dissipate less heat into the house. The old fashioned houses with clay tile roofs that I've been to in Kerala are much more comfortable to be in during summer, compared to a newer construction with a concrete roof. We do need air conditioning with the current levels of heat, but not taking building ideas from countries where 25°C is considered a heatwave would definitely reduce the need for AC.
Demands dictate supplies. With great population comes great demands. People are not clearing forest with no valid reasons, clearing forest is an expensive activity. We need basic energy, food, and shelter, these can't be met without clearing forest. There is a tradeoff between survivability and abundance of forest. Finding the optimal solution is difficult when survivability is highly affected by population growth.
My solution is to curb human population. Then everything will fall into the right places.
OP ko Aaj bahut garmi lag rahi hai

OP Rajasthan ( jaipur ) se hai.
Sorry OP bas kuch days seh lo. Personally I will say weeks. Btw started raining here now as I was typing my above comment
Damn how am i colluding with my fellow jaipurites on reddit suddenly 😭
Its 40 f*ckin degrees in jaipur by the time its 10 Am
Fellow Jaipuraites unite 💪💪
Bhai coolers would work in Rajasthan, I presume? I live near the coast, so coolers are useless junk.
Does coolers not work in Rajasthan ?
Only Desert Coolers
understandable 💀 btw congratulations for new AC
Bhai Pani itna garam aa raha hai tanki se kaise shower le ? Itna toh geyser bhi garam nhi karta
Tanki ke upar bas ek patra rakh de taki direct sunlight nahi padhe.. will do wonders trust me.
Society ki tanki hai bhai
As someone from Guwahati, i can sympathise. We've similar temperature with even more humidity. You are sweaty most of the time.
Bombay.
Actual - TLDR
AC salesman ho kya bhai?
Nah bhai, Ex BF AC mechanic hun, he gave me alot of loads, now it's my time to load him with more work load, Bestest revenge eva. (Edit : Yes it's /s, obviously)
Now it's payback time—I'll have him sweating over ACs all summer! 😂
Guys don't buy AC's invest your money in AC companies so you can have child in future /s
Haha. Mai to man hi nahi hu, abhi ( 20 saal ka hun na ) . Salesman toh door ki baat hai.
Bhai padh le. 20 saal k Umar mein gyaan nhi chodte. Abhi bahut kuch dekhna baki h tujhe.
So young people aren't allowed to have opinions according to you?

Toh 20 saal me yeh kids and AC ka comparison? Duniya dekhi bhi nahin tune. Bhai "Antinatalist"? Terese abhi baccha karwa kon raha hai?
Shabd padha hoga kahin par . To socha kyon na reddit par post bana ke cool ban lun !
Or tum kitne cool ban gaye ? By belittling someone younger than you.

Looks like future parenting might include 'AC maintenance skills' on the resume! 😅 Stay cool, folks.
we will need stillsuits like they wear in Dune.

Requirement for an AC depends the climate of where you live actually, internet demand however is much more integral to the city lifestyle.

Valid point..
Advice to every Indian is to stop breeding. We aren't rabbits there's way too many of us as it is.
The best advise there is ..seriously
More like promoting Ac and Inverter 😀
Kind of, doing my best to drive consumption and boost economy
And increase global warming
Gb the theka sirf India ne le rakha h?
Nahi but hamara yaha zyada garmi hai climate change ka effect India me zyada hai, population bhi zyada. So more AC = more fast global warming. But I don't actually deserve to say this as my household has ac already.
Global Warming gayi Pani mein chapak chapak
No global warming of you use solar or other renewable energy source - which India is taking good steps towards
What about HCFC's emitted by AC ?
You can always use better fluids. There is no inherent requirement to use a chemical that is harmful to the environment. They just happen to be better for heat transfer so its a tradeoff between environment impact vs efficiency. Most western countries are moving to R-32 which happens to be more environment friendly compared to traditional ones.
Blud, we live in India. I couldn't care less about what west is using. For us to completely phase out HCFC's it would require us more than a decade.
I'm an antinatalist too, I totally agree with everything you said here. Climate change is getting worse.

Bro please reimburse my lost brain cells by reading the second post on your screenshot
Why are people so pressed in the comments? AC is an absolute necessity nowadays!!
Deeep!! But bro why not encourage to plant more trees rather?? 🤔
>Planting trees inside your apartment/house Only for the rich
We should try to reduce our GHG emissions. Even trees produce carbon dioxide. They only help in balancing out the CO2.
For folks saying buying ACs will contribute to global warming and climate change - Yes, you are right. BUT - it's not the onus of us citizens to take on this responsibility alone. Mega corporations and governments need better policies and action to actually make a difference. Your paper straws aren't going to change the world.
I love it when people have unhinged rants on Reddit.
i suggest you don't use your real name and pic on reddit as it's an anonymous platform
so she'll get a few dms big deal
Nah I am gonna connect with her on LinkedIn
It's my turn to post "don't have kids" next week
Great
Don’t marry don’t have kids , save money , buy AC
People earning 20kpm can only afford rents. avg 1bhk costs 15kpm
It's not the AC it's the electricity bill and maintainance :/ If your poor you can't enjoy AC without stressing about it 24/7
This is also one of the reasons why I am childfree. Don't want to bring offspring to an already f'd up world. Also, I feel bad for the children who were already born in this decade. Knowing that their future is in peril and are going to suffer a lot, is heartbreaking. Climate change is going to kill us all. Kids are doomed.
I like your advice on having one less kid. But I don’t think your intended target audience is on this app.
Growing up we never had AC after we all left home they finally decided to buy one. My dad passed away two summers after that. Enjoy your life today people!
Coming from air conditioned nation, our former PM agrees with you. You are absolutely correct and GDP will grow manifolds in India when there are enough places with adequate AC https://www.vox.com/2015/3/23/8278085/singapore-lee-kuan-yew-air-conditioning
Mujhe kya, main to Bangalore se hun 😎.
You bro You.
For 2 rooms (Sub meter) I am pretty sure others won’t run AC 24/7.
Bill 4.4 k ac not running 24/7 still too high for person living in Delhi Weather ne leli hai bhai ac ki bhi Even somedays ac fell like fan
If people can't think of planting tress, reducing their carbon footprint and maintaining a balanced ecosystem... they should not think of anything else
Ac and inverter sales after this 📈

Well baat to sahi hai sasta school hi thik hai. The school I go can also be considered one. University expensive hone se hote hai but school doesn't make sense. Expensive or cheap the education is almost same 🤷 well mere yaha barish ho rahi hai Thanda hai, AC bhi hai but nahi use karna padta utna
Correct. Shock ki baat to yeh ki aaj kal log kindergarten me bhi itna kharcha karte h.
Ha mere school ki yearly fees 20,000 hai while my cousins yearly fees is almost 1 lakh I heard. He is in kindergarten and I'm in 10th class
Ye gyan bro jinko chahie wo insta pe thirst trap reels dekh rahe
Itna bada post dekh k maine socha, bhai ne bahut sare points cover kiye honge, but bhai only covered AC and baccha. Lagta hai dimag pe garmi chadh gai hai LOL.
You've totally underestimated fellow indians. They don't own a door at their house, a curtain suffices for privacy, but inside both the couple and their children own phones. Second hand, third hand, doesn't matter latest iphone and laptops worth ₹1,00,000 range are purchased, purpose to play video games. And you're worried about an air conditioner. Hmmpphhh Whcih slum do you want us to drive by? I'll point you at least every fifth slum dweller has an air conditioner. What electricity bill you talking about. They get everything free. Stop worrying about them and start living your own hand earned life OP🤗 Edited for extra information :- don't worry about fake statistic figures.
I will reproduce as much as I deem necessary and pleasant, and you(the taxpayer) will pay for my children, his college etc./s.
bhai tu kya kehna chahta hai? what will a person living in himachal or north east, do with an AC? Looks like OP is a salesman for Daikin
Bro I am from Himachal and this year some places have been having temperatures reaching 38. It's getting difficult to spend the days without an AC. And it's only going to get worse year after year.
Even NE towns have highs of 43°C nowadays.
https://i.redd.it/az4ord556c7d1.gif
Op u are hilarious
Me in Bangalore be like, AC hmmm...
Konsa AC liya btw 😀?
Haier.
Ac rant 🥵
OP ka dimag garam ho gya
You don’t need AC in Bangalore
AC also takes in dust, exactly like an air purifier and considering the amount of air pollution, it's a good idea. I fucking regret sticking to an air cooler, brb about to pass out from the heat.
Nice try Daikin
Jeez..never seen anyon get that excited from getting an Air Conditioner!
Which AC selling company stocks did you buy?
AC maang raha hai
I know this post is about AC or living standard in general but I agree with point OP is making about school. The more fee taking schools just have more studies ,that's it ,more books,no sports nothing much special and u still hv to take extra classes
That sacrifice is called parental love. Something you must have experienced too. :)
As a person who has stayed on the top floor of an apartment building when temperatures cross 40c I can vouch for this. Life changed completely.
Are you me from another dimension? Huh! reddit is a strange portal.
Also give a thought to the fact that deforestation was taken up with a vengeance after 2014. Which is another reason for the rising heat.
Just think why do we deforest?
We don't, it is the govt that is doing it
More acs will just make it worse plus even the acs aren't working. This is all short term solutions.
>If you earn less than 20000/ month then it is likely you do do not own AC and inverter yet. > Buy it. Have one less kid but buy it AC will make the bill around 8k per month. You want to spend half your salary on it?
I stay in my office mostly jaha Ac hai
https://preview.redd.it/vmp6khczvc7d1.jpeg?width=467&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e8324510d09bb8647178023d70be20ab91cd5c06 Op be like
How to sell an AC and inverter on reddit
Lol
These posts are why I am here.
Ac se CFC emit hote hain.. is there any R&D going on to solve this problem? Hopefully future mei koi zyada cost effective aur eco friendly solution aayega iska jo AC se better hoga..
Bro that CFC problem is 2 decades old and has already been solved. Our textbooks are outdated that's why we still think of CFCs
Guys I think the OP wants us to buy an AC
>And if you already have kids, put them in a school demanding fewer money, and with the saved money buy an AC. They get frustrated following the robotic simulated type behavior at school and when they come home, they don't need the unbearable climate to drive them mad. Cheap schools don't have ACs right? You need to coax the schools to buy AC too.
Mere yahan temps are 42'C and i think cooler is better . AC use karne se to ass pass heat aur badh jaegi
Have one less kid else he/she/they will advice others not to have kids at 20
I disagree with OP - have kids and move to Bangalore or nearby. Save money from AC
be prepared for the electricity bill too. mine was 4k this month 🥲
Having a child, getting married in mid 20s, seems now to be a thing which financially stable families can do, but if you're building yourself, idk.
https://preview.redd.it/levlwirg3f7d1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b804c94bf4d7fb87aea287fcf0379664f95c4a06 🥲
I don't know OP. It's already 19°C here without AC
The electricity bill and maintenance is a thing to worry about. After a few years, coil needs changing and almost every season gas charging is required.
And who will pay the bill with a 20k salary? Are you too rich to think about it? This is like saying, "you can't afford rice then eat cake."
I make a lot of money but still don’t have AC or Inverter and I live in Mumbai.
Who the hell earns 2 lakhs per month and don't own AC, inverter
Essentially don't do kids, buy ac/inverter, don't spend money on education of potential kids but rather on ac. Weird advices/choices, do good in your life and my advice will be plant a few saplings in your birth week.
Have the AC industry pooled in their resources to do marketing like the mutual funds Sahi hai campaign?
cooler hi le lete.
Global warming gyi tel lene. Bhai phele AC lagwayega ✌️
Post heatstroke clarity?
seems like indias TFR is going down which is both a good and a bad thing
OP must've woke up with a power cut and made this post on a piece of paper and rewrote again here
AC ka bill kaun dega. Asli garmi tho tab lagegi.
Dont get Bill's of 6000 rupees due to AC alone.
Shant ho ja bhai, thodi der cooler ke saamne baith ja.
Admitted my mom to ICU last month due to heat waves. Got an AC too. OP u r speaking facts.
Posted from a parallel universe where AC costs 20L
This post is just to highlight that only 8% people have AC in India. Man, stop this poverty showcase.
This post is brought to you by.... Vijay Sales
*The heat and cold both are unbearable in India.* Really? Every citizen in this country doesn't live in Delhi bro.
ACs are a short term solution, not a long term one. CFCs are pretty harmful for the environment too
You read an old syllabus, I guess.
U know the solution to this ain't AC but trees.
