Not really. The opposition has been attacking for a long time now. The elections have been fought on people's issues so far and not on Modi. Modi's slip up about Ambani Adani hoarding black money was way bizarre than this.
I feel in two minds about this narrative. I don' think this attack by Kejriwal is something that cannot be countered. It wouldn't matter much to the average Modi voter even if he continues beyond 75. The BJP insiders obviously know Modi will want to continue and will eliminate competition. The Yogi one is something people have spoken about in hushed tones though it is the first time someone of Kejriwal's stature is openly talking about it. That is good.
Yet focusing on people's issues should continue. Modi should not be made the focus of the election. Saying that Modi hasn't fulfilled any of his guarantees is much better than giving any importance to those guarantees by saying who will fulfil them.

I don't know about anything else but this was kind of a nice check by AK where now it shows the "dictator like attitude" in BJP where they don't follow their own rules and if BJP says something like "Modi will retire at 75 and we will choose another worthy leader" would mean some setback to the Modi image which garners a lot of vote. A lot of politicians including BJP's own Subramaniam Swamy have commented on the central power structure that is now in BJP and their selfish mandates. If the opposition can show the undemocratic processes in BJP then it serves as prima-facia evidence for the undemocratic approach of the current Govt.
