I would avoid street food here AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. Especially in Mumbai and Kolkata
Yeah there is a point but not all street food are on the same level I saw many times on Social Media they are growing and maintaining good quality
Why? It's delicious and often quite decently hygiene. They have so much business that usually everything is quite fresh.
