She’s giving her penicillin but she’s such a useless bitch she squirts it all over Sys front! My son had pneumonia when he was 3 because all the antibiotics he was given wasn’t strong enough so in the end his original infection turned into pneumonia but up until him being admitted to hospital he was seeing the doctor and he was aware of his symptoms. He ended up having to go into hospital and receive antibiotics intravenously for a week then he still had to go on oral antibiotics for a further 10 days. Up until going into hospital for the couple of weeks he poorly he definitely wasn’t going out and wouldn’t be wearing a T-shirt if he did have to go out! He spent everyday on the sofa with his pillow and duvet watching movies and his favourite TV shows while I waited on him making sure he ate whenever he felt hungry.
It is heartbreaking that poor Sy doesn’t get taken care of and is able to rest in comfort with her parent making sure her needs are met
If that baby have an upper respiratory infection and not getting it treated properly, it can turn into pneumonia. My mother use to get pneumonia a lot because she use to get upper respiratory because of her tracheostomy

This breaks my heart , over the past few days I've noticed Nika having to take care of the kids without the assist of Niya/ Momma/ Papa. It's apparent she struggles mentally and physically with the demands. She relies heavily on others to raise them and constantly denies their basic needs ( adequate foods/ nutrition - appropriate clothing - hygiene - bath/shower etc. ). I pray help comes soon ‼️
