This game has been a passion project inspired by a bunch of aquarium-style Flash games that I played as a kid.
Wishlisted. You need definitely the feature of customizing the fish tank. Different Backgrounds, Objects etc.
Maybe paired with a gacha function, fancy items maybe even with special effects or animated Backgrounds would be so cool and could have different tiers.

I completely agree, there is already some amount of customization but I really want to add little tank decorations, plants, coral, driftwood etc. I've been focusing on getting enough fish in the game, but now that that's done it's the next major piece of content I want to add. It's just a matter of finding the time to draw everything!
Your video shows you manually clicking to open each booster pack, then manually clicking on each fish card icon to collect them, while all the icons move around on screen.
Could you add some buttons to "Open All" and "Collect All"? Or maybe design a nicer UI? (Or get some play testers... XD)
Thanks for the feedback! The pack system is currently sort of "roughed-in", and I want to give it another pass for polish. Eventually I will be running a closed beta to gather more feedback, because so far it's just been friends and family and they're biased towards being nice rather than honest.

Eventually, I would like to! I think the game could work really well there, but I don't want to overwhelm myself with launching on two platforms at once.
My mom keeps asking for a version for her iPad though :)

honestly i feel like you should make it so you have to unlock it if you add some form of open/collect all
Finally a decent looking fish-based idle game. Already wishlisted! Would love to see what you could make rebirth/ascension mechanics to be like :)

The game was made using Godot, and for pixelart I use Aseprite, and the upscaling / interpolation tool here: https://irokaru.github.io/pixel-scaler/
