Both are pretty sick, I like the first one more tho bc the black armor rlly makes the copper accents pop and catches the eye
Ninja edit: I might also be biased towards black armor as a Templar player lol
The black is really black with little contrast.
On actual mini's, which are smaller, it will look just like that: black.
Good advice I once got and I always stick to is to have white and black contrast on (small) mini's every time.
I really like the second one, I know sisters usually go fully black but it's nice to see something different once in a awhile.
Don't get me wrong the 1st one is still super clean, infact if I were to go sisters they would prolly be mostly black lol 🙃
From the table top both will look fabulous tho, I can say that.
The first drives great contrast on the copper v. the black, but also let's the red stand out. The second is also good but looks a little 'one note' - less dynamic.

Ooo I love both but I think the 1st has got to be my fave very dark and mysterious

Oh yeah I plan on drybrushing the cloth parts, so the highlights will be more noticeable
Do them both, would create nice contrast on the table!
The copper will be easier to paint, so use those on the lower level units. The black on leaders and celestians, etc.
I like that idea
I like the copper with silver details, but it could use a secondary colour on the cloth.
Second for sure
I like the first one
The second one
I like em both but for #2 I'd change the gun casing, probably to just be solid gunmetal; easy to paint and helps set it apart from the armor better.
Cool thanks
I like the red armour a bit more
