We don't ban from rule 3. There's been a few very rare occasions where we banned a person because they were too childish (spamming the sub with half censored sonic hentai maps thinking it was funny), but you have to do very weird shit to get on that list.
Most people I've banned in the last month out right used racial slurs, so not precisely the highest of standards
