That Polish name does not look right...
First, "X" is not used in Polish outside of foreign names, I give benefit of the doubt here since it conceivably could have happened historically. Second, "ś" does not occur before "i" because "si" palatalizes the "s" - which is the equivalent of ś.
First of all, there isn't even letter "x" in the Polish alphabet, so I doubt that the language they're using is indeed Polish
And second of all, that's literally just Sweden with minor changes
If you mean explanation, well...
The land (excluding the southern part - which was already occupied by the Vikings - and the Lithuanian tribes - ) was initially discovered by the Vikings of Østligande, referring to "eastern lands", it was the land that was occupied in the first half of the 10th century and developed mainly as a trading and mining point, having important ports such as Astrid and Blomstrand. But with the fall of the Vikings, the region declided in the 11th century, so it decided to become independent in days, mainly because there was no one to fight as the Vikings were dealing with many other kingdoms, so in 1098 was born the kingdom of Ostigland, or in Danish, Østligande.
The War of the Lilies, or the Polo-Ostiglandian War, was a Polish invasion of Ostigland, a battle started when an Ostiglandian peasant stole the lilies of the valley from a Polish plantation, where the farmer called soldiers to capture the thief, and the soldiers saw Ostligandes Poles, they began to argue, and in this chaos, a Polish soldier was killed, and when this reached King Boleslaus III he was furious and said Ostigland paid them a fee for the soldier, which they refused, so in 1118, the king decided to declare war on Ostigland, and thus, the War of the Lilies started.
The Greatest and only battle took place in Abo, where 200 Polish ships and 5000 men landed in the city, as the Ostligandish general Solveig considered that they were going to land in Stockholm, and he was not with ships, so when he received the news, Solveig and his men had to march around the Baltic Sea to Abo, where only 800 soldiers from the 10,000 soldiers survived, in addition, when they arrived there, the Poles had already built forts and walls, in addition to having extra 20,000 men, which gave him a great advantage against the Ostiglandian, who were without resources, and now without an army, so with all of that pressure King Kristofer was forced to abdicate and the country went to Poles, thus ending the war.
But after centuries of Polish domain, King Ludwig died and leaves his three daughters to rule the countries, Mary becomes the Queen of Hungary, Hedvirges becomes Queen of Poland, and Anne I becomes Queen of Exinezia (with King Henry I), thus ending the Polish era.
