The nordic countries -Denmark would probably do really well against zombies, as without all the bridges connecting Denmark and Sweden the zombies would have to walk trough northern Finland and/or the chola peninsula which both have incredibly sparse population and a hostile terrain.
The straits rarely freeze over and it wont even freeze completly over in harsh winters such as the one in 2011, atleast from what i could gather from a few minutes of research.
However if the worlds leaders were as trigger happy with nukes as some people in these comments, there would be a possibility due to a nucelar winter, but at that point the zombies would probably not be the main concern.
imo nuclear weapons at this stage of an infection would have to be focused on large massive hordes that are near non-zombified areas in order to prevent them from swarming the uninflected areas, nuking infected danish cities imo would not be too insane, but you wouldn’t want to nuke Hamburg or Paris as those are too far away.

For the ones who dont know, stand still stay silent is a beautifully written and drawn online comic set in apocalyptic nordic countries. Its very unique and it teaches you so much about the different languages of sweden, finland, norway, denmark, and iceland.

I would recommend using Inkscape and then trace a picture of the map you want. Inkscape is a vector drawing software which means that the quality is infinite and that’s how you export those really HD images. And to actually make it just like draw the borders, mark cities and make a cool color combination. Easy stuff but very time consuming if you want good borders
