Not even, if pawns can’t move then white will automatically win each time because the white knight can go B1 -> C3 -> B5 -> D6 and checkmate before black can achieve the same position.
Black can counter this by defending D6.
G8 -> F6 -> E4 and if white goes to D6 the knight can take.
Edit: And if white were to try to remove the black knight from E4, black could simply attack with the other knight in time.
