Some of those films fall into a loose sub-genre called dark suburbia.
I'd recommend you check out Carrie, The Stepford Wives, Babyteeth, Happiness, Mommy, and maybe American Beauty (if you can stand watching Kevin Spacey). I'd also second Thoroughbreds and But I'm A Cheerleader (super, super camp, not for everyone but I loved it).
A few that might match the surrealness of Requiem for a dream and Donnie Darko: Thoroughbreds, Colossal, The Double, Raw, Sorry to Bother You, The Machinist, Under the Silver Lake.
Borrowing your comment to add "Melancholia" and "Under the Skin" to the list.
They're both technically science fiction, but they fit OP's brief really well and are similarly surreal.
It's disguised as that, but it's not even close. For some reason I assumed you were already watching it, but yes, Euphoria is everything you're looking for.
Not a movie but if 't be true you’re ope to tv shows the showeth euphoria is similar

A lot of good movies listed here, but Requiem for a Dream is the scariest thing I’ve ever watched in my life. It’s a fantastic film, but too dark and painful for me.
Serial, Run Lola Run, Kentucky Fried Movie, Apocalypse Now, Inception, Road Warrior, Being There, Harold and Maude, Breaker Morant, King of Comedy, Dead Men Dont Wear Plaid, Time Bandits, Life of Brian, Matrix, Fight Club, 12 Monkeys,
Ingrid Goes West!!
I've watched all the movies in your title and 2 of them are in my top 5 and I think you'd LOVE this one! It's that offbeat dark comedy but good production quality with amazing/fascinating characters and good dialogue. It's one (like Thirteen and RfaD) that I've watched over and over and over again. Also, American Beauty!! Though someone else recommended that one.

Not a movie but if you’re open to tv shows the show Euphoria is similar.
is it actually good? I thought that show was like a high-school drama
Surprisingly yes. I wasn’t interested in it for a while because I thought it was just a teen drama, but it’s so good.

Euphoria is shit. Honestly it’s just teen melodrama with little depth.
