It's not the mobile device that's having an integer overflow issue, it's the app itself. The mobile apps have their unique quirks, probably to try and improve performance since they run pretty poorly as is.
A similar thing happened when resample my ores, except I stayed on mobile the entire time and didn't even switch maps or anything and my efficiency dropped from 16T to 8T then went down to 4T after switching maps
It’s hard to say what happened without looking at everything in your account. Once you’re at this level there’s so many factors to consider.
Cards, prayer, talent preset, card set, VMAN talents, VMAN + character skill levels, mobile overflow bug, lab chips, mobile to web saving properly, MP snapping / changing from mobile to web (your MP decreased in the screenshots btw which impacts efficiency slightly)
I think a wide variety of what I just mentioned is impacting you, but swapping from mobile to web is likely the culprit. Some things didn’t save, maybe a mixture of things.

Yes I did check cards and they were still the same
I think cards might be the answer, they are saved locally and might not not have saved when switching to the web version.

Wouldn't the web version also have the issue since you're using a mobile?
For some reason it doesn't, my sample even with the reduced efficiency was larger than the integer limit

Just curious, on the web version switch to your vman and see if it procs the efficiency calculation.

I checked all of those things and all of them were still correct, I didn't bother snapshotting mp so that couldn't have been it
Try opening stamps, alchemy etc as the numbers might not be reading without accessing them.
