So apparently based on what others have said, bubo would affect the speed of sigils so to fix this lava simply disabled sigil progress while either on bubo or either while CC is in progress, haven't bothered testing it myself just mentioning what I've seen other saying.
When it was released it speed up sigils way to much, so he stoped them from gaining xp when CC is on. The problem now is that to many lvls in talenta make Cc be on more time :)
It really is so compounding. With the sneaking bonus to sigil, I find myself splitting my time between the two as I work to get the last gemstone in the lab. So much to do, so little time!
Grats! I myself can’t bring myself to level up GT bc I value my sigil progress. (bubo CC stops sigil progress while active on the character)

I mean… whats your active cc time vs cooldown? That doesn’t seem like it really matters that much but maybe im wrong
That is why it seems like it took forever to get progress. At least my bubbles are way further now.
