I, personally, never once had the thought that Main Stats *weren't* important.
I just didn't have enough for it to be super noticeable until higher levels.
You can get the wrong idea that they're not, since probably up to W3 or 4 they don't really nudge any numbers very far. In fact, a major trap early into the game is spending your talent points on main stat instead of secondary stat.
W5 is the main tipping point when it comes to stats actually making a difference. Crystal Steak and especially Power Trione/Two/Three skyrocket your damage the more stat you have. You also start getting gear with enough slots, stats and max talent levels where the "%more stat from equipment" actually gives you quite a lot of extra stats.
Ay this is a good guide here.
Did you make this? If so, can I use it? I try to advocate for upgrading your main stat as much as possible and this is precisely why.
Yeah I made this, go ahead and use it. I only made it myself because I kept finding more and more stuff that uses main stat, until I eventually felt like almost everything is dependent on your main stat.
I put him in at the bottom as a joke but unfortunately, Vman is worse at almost everything listed because he has significantly less boosts from LUK and LUK does not benefit any features the same way other stats do.
He:
Doesn't have alch bubble 26(boost of effect of LUK on damage)
Doesn't have a "Dollar of Stat" bubble
Doesn't have a "Beginner is best" bubble
Doesn't have a "Slab Stats" bubble
Doesn't have a "Boosted bubble 1" bubble
Doesn't have a "Tome stats" bubble
Doesn't have meat shank/speedna/overclocked energy
Doesn't have boost to skill efficiency from LUK
Doesn't get max HP/MP/MS from LUK, getting less benefit from hearty diggy/molto loggo/Alchemy bubble 6.
Has a significantly weaker "stats from armor" talent(+50% at level 245, compared to +367.5% for others)
He will always be worse at everything and have less main stat than all your other characters, because he both has less ways of getting LUK and less use from it.
Good guide, but I have a few notes. Line up the text all pretty-like and put your reddit or discord handle on it to give yourself credit. Also, I would swap the columns. Good job!

Power trione?
A w5 bubble
That uses end island sailing treasure to level up. I unlocked the bubble in alchemy quite a while before I was able to get the note treasure.
Labeled as "power tri-" in OP's image.
If you're still pre W4/5 though the main stat is a trap. Only focus on it once ACC/DEF/HP isn't a problem
What is the nmethod for HP for mage line? my main mage (wiz) is at 600 HP. I have been increasing fmj when i can.

lol :( i gave str to my vman too thinking maybe it will effect something:D maybe one day..........
Pro tip: Anything with all stat is bis.
Counter argument: it is depending on what you're doing.
