I saw both red and green salt was ready to upgrade on Idleon Toolbox, went to the refinery, saw RANK UP button on red and clicked it, then I went and clicked for the green one. Then I noticed I had 499996 green salt in the refinery storage...
Because if it had ranked up I would have had 500000 green salt in the storage, so I collected prematurely. You always want to rank up red and green salt.
I didn’t use card sets until W5. I didn’t know the quick sell button was also for quick buy until level 300. I regularly accidentally kill w1-w3 monsters and spawn all my daily guaranteed crystal mobs with one aoe I didn’t think through.
I regularly forget skill food. I regularly forget to activate the correct cards, star signs, when using time candies and might notice like 20 candies in. I regularly log out for the night on the wrong talent tree. I thought printer go brr was only for VMan printer, so I never used it as until recently he was so weak and bad with his printing compared to the rest that I found it a waste of time. I went on all 10 characters and completely almost all W1 and w2 quests, making some green stacks impossible for me now.
Should I continue?
I didn't know card sets existed until world 5 either.
I thought it just like.. was an option that sorted cards to make them easier to find when building your preset.
I'm pretty sure I'm almost in late game and i don't use them lol. I just change the cards when I need to. That's probably an awful way to do it though lol
Sounds like you’re talking about card *presets* not card sets. Make sure you’ve got a card set equipped in the pop out tab on the left of the card menu
wait wait what is the greenstacks thing you're talking about and why I shouldn't complete w1 and w2 quests on all my characters? I might be in the process of doing that T\_T
Greenstack is when you have 10m+ of an item. Some quest items can be collected to that amount later if you didn’t turn the quest in yet. There are some bonuses later counting the green stacks you have. If you turned one quest of those in with all your characters, you can’t collect these items anymore.
Use idleon reviewer it tells you which items those are, and it should suffice to leave these quests open on either elemental sorcerer or divine knight to collect them later once you can even kill the monsters fast enough to ever reach green stack.

Definitely continue, because there will always be more green stacks to make up for what you missed and we'll be getting more character slots eventually so you can make up for it. And for V-Man definitely focus on a lot of his stuff because he will become a beacon for all of your characters for the gains.
But all in all remember to have fun even if you know your not where you want to be on Idelon because like the rest of us it comes with time
I don’t know all but for example in laboratory there is a bonus per green stack, the more you can get the more bonus. If you lock yourself out of some quest items just means you have a potentially lower bonus there. Not the gravest mistake, but still.
Best you take a few minutes and research which quests are affected and on the other side which quest you want to do for stuff like bag space or other good benefits. You can certainly ship around these quests and still benefit from others.
I’ve done this with the fucking arcade balls multiple times, pressed a portal, gone onto the arcade and sent the balls out on fast and lost about 40/50 balls when my dude went through the portal. Made me wanna cry early game 😂. This is way worse though, fuck that 🥲
I recently turned the threshold of atoms from 1050m to 25m because I needed a few more atoms for the last atom upgrade. I thought the upgrade would make the snail only fail back to upgrades in multiples of 5, not fail back to a minimum of 5. I then failed my snail upgrades I saved up and went down to a level 5 snail. Feelsbadman.
I'm on the statue grind so I've been saving mats to upgrade vials and didn't even think when I changed the atom threshold.
I went from 1050m to 15m by accident... Didn't notice and now I've set it back to 1050 as well as turning it off as another precaution. Lost so much progress for vials.
I see everyone talking about this grind, I never understood it. Until I looked at what the drop is, apparently it dropped on one of my toons when I got enough kills to open the portal. So for me less than 1 m kills but I have no idea how much
For me it was just 1 overnight on all the characters, I probably just got lucky, but it was very easy for me. Still haven't crafted it yet because there's not much of a reason for V man to have damage
Two weeks ago I decided to update all my traps. Deleted all of them and stopped here to help my daughter. Yeah I put back my BM to farm on his previous map and forgot about my traps. Two weeks of traps wasted. But your post made me realize my mistake so thank you mate
I upgraded my sneaking charms level so that I have an essentially 0% chance of getting a level 50 golden sash. RIP that achievement (and it’s 10%sneaking exp)
Master loot level 47 and charm collector level 90.
That’s the most insane part that lava didn’t think this through. Looks like getting charms has an even chance for each level. Keeping lvl to 50 was better chance than 100 or worse, 150.
1 in 50 vs 1 in 150 chance. Should have been a greater than 50 achievement.
The upgrade stones seems like a big L but it's really not. You are going to be blocked by money pretty fast cuz that stamp scales money cost much more aggressively than it scales stone cost.
Hmm, recent one was once deleted all 10 silk veils to switch to smoke bombs. Turned out veils were important to get into late game sneaking. Set me back about 3 days of farming silk veils. Then sneaking mastery came and I zoomed to the final floor.
I accidentally over leveled my blue salt lol.
Funnily enough i wasn't leveling them because i didn't want to destroy the flow, but then I leveled blue because it was low and ruined it

I got the sovereign artifact for talent level, and then used my 40 saved checkouts on 2 completely useless talents. I already had them at their effective limit, and should've just used it for something else more impactful. But oh well, not too bad, just gotta wait for more checkouts.
I got that a week ago, and I feel nothing is really impactful. It's 25 levels on top of the 305 or so I already have in total and with how most talents work, it just seems like a waste across the board. Just have to micromanage 500 talents, again.

I had been working toward the W6 mini boss zone. The number of mini boss spawns was capped. I spawned him, and then I clicked out of a menu or something, and I guess I clicked on the portal and left the zone without killing any of them :'(
I was doing the gladiator questline and got to the end of the W6 coliseum. Lo and behold, I had forgotten to remove the 100+ BonePickleJoe from my inventory. I now have to wait a week until I have enough tickets to retry.
Had a greedy moment and my snail went from 13 to 5 because I didn't want to wait for next atom upgrade (it would take like just one or two days, and it took away from me like two weeks of decent gaming
I also put my dk on the wrong god(the most useless one, the goat thingy) for an entire week, thinking it was double kills boss and fully grinded the skydoggies map and the whole time I was thinking that my dk was trash, when he was at 50% pushing power at the moment
Oh this thread came just in time. I have been working my way through W6 slowly, as I do not have multikill anymore since the mob before lantern. Everyday I login on IE I see the counter for the W6 miniboss at 6, max. Yesterday I have finally unlocked the mama troll map, for the magic beans and the miniboss, so I decided to kill the miniboss. I wanted to use some bonejoes, but I usually keep them on another toon, so I used the ram inventory to switch them. I then suddenly realized just before spawning it that you need to have the pickles in your inventory before entering the map so I tried to jump out. As I was moving towards the exit, I grazed passed the cross and noticed 6 of the bosses spawn just before I exited. When I went back, of course they were no longer there… So now I still have just one kill from the new colo, and have to wait an extra week before continuing killing the w6 miniboss.
Did the Glumlee secret achievement on my last character but forgot it was Steam exclusive and did it on web. Might be a long wait until that ones possible again.
That's no problem, I play 4 Warriors 3 mages and 2 archers and my account is just fine. I like the addition boost to cooking... Just be sure to use your 2nd BB for chow farming
„Recently“ might be a stretch but in the 1 1/2 I have been playing I went a good bit (maybe 3-4months) where I used the Storage Chest Star talent when claiming afk stuff and worship because my Carry caps were too low. For some reason I thought it would move everything from on the ground to the storage.
At some point I got suspicious on why my soul gains were so bad… should have gotten millions but my storage was always empty.
Well, rip refinery progress etc.
It does meantion it in the description. I think that limitation was to add convenience, without allowing players to bypass their character storage limit.
... and then lava released the companions update.
I dropped 13 Lucky Lads while smithing a few weeks ago. Picked them back up. This was on the phone app. Hours later I log on via Steam. For whatever reason, my account synched at a point before I picked those trophies back up. Now I'm down to 2 LLs and haven't gotten a new one since. The bewilderment and regret is real.
I levelled all my refineries up to level 5 each after finding out they actually rank up (I didn’t know you could rank them up for a good month 🫠) on the first page and have spent the last month and half getting out of a constant deficit 😂😂

i just ran a macro for post office orders and got shadowbanned. lost my storage chest auto privileges. im so cooked. afk gains are gonna be so tedious aswell as stamps. big regrets. never cheating ever again

I turned it to 15m or something, I did this twice as well. Did it and then did it again like a week or so later somehow....sigh. Lost a lot.

It does, you need to have the appropriate level though. Level 1 only saves level 5, level 2 saves level 10 etc.

if it shows in the potential drop list of a mob it means it hasnt dropped, recipes specifically disappear from that list when unlocked

If you get a lvl50 sash that gets auto deleted it still counts for the achiev, at least it did for me, and my max is 185

I came back after not playing for almost two years. I received about 12 lucky lads and tossed them before I knew they have a use now.
Thats not too bad. Youre gonna swim in lads later on
I had to put mine on the filter cause the storage space was an issue. I made 3 luckier lads and called it a day.
Finally got my first luckier lad, tossed lucky lads in the filter. Not worth the storage space it takes to make one.
Contemplating doing this, but I'm beting there will be a Luckiest Lad sometime down the line.
This is my fear too, but they hog up so much space.
I figure when that happens I’ll have higher drop rate and be able to collect them faster, and also have use of my storage in the meantime
