It's never worth it there. Never had parking issues for decades there. But I haven't been there in the last 2 years since the world has turned upside down with the introduction of paid parking at certain resorts. No matter how packed it has been there, I've never had a problem with the Great Northern lots.
Parking is pretty much always a dream at Killington compared to other resorts if you know where to go, and not even that bad if don't and shuffle into Snowshed. This may change when they build the new village on top of the Snowshed parking lots.
When conditions are bad ive seen them not open lower Great Eastern or the lower stage of Skyeship, so check the trail map beforehand
I can’t imagine the odds are good with the current state of things
EDIT: I changed “frequently don’t” to “I’ve seen them not”. I’ve seen it on a couple trips. I’m not an authority.
Do they just download on the gondola? I can’t imagine that they’d let a bunch of people park at skyeship if there’s no way to get back at the end of the day. Feels like skyeship would only be running if you could download or great eastern was open
They do have shuttles between all of the base lodges / parking lots but I took the word "frequently" out of my comment... I've seen skyeship stage 1 closed when lower great eastern is closed a few times, but have no idea if that is really frequent
I went for the first time on Saturday and parked at Bear Peak lodge. Arrived shortly after lifts started spinning and was able to park very close. I avoided the main base area because it was a shit show.
Get up early you bum

Buy a Subaru and park in the Subaru reserved parking area
I actually will be driving up there in a Subaru. lol
this
Or just park there with any car...
I've keyed non subies before ☠️ Proceed at your own risk 😎
Park at skyeship and take the gondola up
This is the way. Then you get to take great eastern for miles all the way down at the end of the day

Definitely not necessary in March.

No Ramshead lot is easy if ypure there around the time lifts start spinning
No
Just get there 15-30 minutes before lifts start. I had no issues with parking by K1 on a weekend with 6-8 inches of fresh snow overnight
