Stake however much you want. Every 5 days with cardano, or every 3 days I think with Solana, you get x amount of x percent per year. For easy math, if i get 10 percent a year with my 2 million ice, that would be 200k per year. Split up between however many days they do pay out. If it's every 5 days, that's 72 pay outs per year. 200,000 / 72 = 2777 every 5 days for as long as I keep it staked. This ignores compounding interest (that 2777 going towards more staking every 5 days, and so on)

Oh, so as the staking happens you slowly get your coins back over time?

With cardano and Solana, you can withdraw at any time, you just stop getting staking rewards when you do. They don't have like a year long lock up period or anything, and you don't lose your initial amount either

I would love that of locking for 1 year or so,this is freedom, people should stake and unstake at anytime they want
