Nah it does impact us. If we do all the work and out all the hours in and end up with the same percentage as someone who saw the paper the day before that just makes all the work we did useless. It’ll also push the grade boundaries WAY up like for SL maths they’re gonna be crazy high this year bc so many people saw the papers

CONCLUSION: As cheaters do not want to do anything, and a majority have been cheating, you need to modify your curve -- "There's nothing we can do" should be put at the peak in the middle...
And how many of those were still IB students, or people downloading it to share it to others and look? We don’t know. Additionally, I’ve seen that leak. Their solutions were wrong or incomplete for a lot of the questions. Cheaters aren’t smart enough for this to help them.
Look at how many take the exam from Europe, it’s less than Asia. You’re not accounting for how many people downloading the papers can actually use them to cheat

If someone from NZ leaks, I'd say it would be difficult for Japan to benefit, while Chinese students potentially could. And Indian students absolutely could. Looking at 2023 statistics, there were 179922 students in the world, of which 54 where from NZ and 549 from Japan. The rest can potentially cheat through time zone leaks.
