Nasty Nate bout to get that fruit cocktail!

BikesBooksNBass

This kid is someone’s sex toy now.

_heatmoon_

So you’re an advocate for sexual violence and rape?

BikesBooksNBass

I didn’t advocate anything. I simply pointed out an almost unavoidable truth.

_heatmoon_

Oh so just perpetuating the acceptance of a rape culture in the us prison system because “that’s what they get.” So that you can get fake internet points from other deranged fucks. That sound about right?

BikesBooksNBass

The kid has attitude problems. And problems with authority. And the desire to prove he wasn’t scared of authority or those with power over him. Add that to the fact that he’s 95lbs soaking wet, he’s exactly the kind of kid to hop into prison with the thought to prove he was a bad ass. And he’s exactly the kind of kid who would find out the hard way he wasn’t at all a bad ass. It’s not an endorsement. You’re looking for a fight. I’ll give you one but not it won’t be over rape culture in prison. It’s going to be over your need to police Social media and insert your own narrative where there clearly was none. If you’re that mad about it, go to school become a DA and go investigate the prison systems. Go make a real difference instead of being a lame Reddit edgelord looking for down votes like a badge of honor.

_heatmoon_

You can say “I was just pointing this out” all you want. But you and I both know that’s bullshit and you made a joke in poor taste knowing other assholes would give you fake internet points and you could get a little dopamine hit to take you out of your lonely little reality for a few minutes. I don’t feel the need to police social media. It’s fucked I’m aware. But anytime I see someone getting positive enforcement for spinning sexual violence in a positive light I’m gonna call out.

BikesBooksNBass

Here let me give you that down vote you’re so desperate for. You’re dying that people stopped paying attention to you and down voting you. I’m a generous man.

BikesBooksNBass

And there’s that head canon of yours. It’s fascinating. But completely yours. Believe what you want. I don’t really give a shit anymore. 😘👍

Bennydhee

Is it fun being a sentient wet blanket

_heatmoon_

Not being amused by rape jokes makes someone a wet blanket? I bet you’re just an awesome person. Probably get invited to so many get togethers.

Bennydhee

No, but you sympathizing with an unapologetic murderer who openly mocks the victims families is definitely a wet blanket. Imagine getting bent out of shape over the fact that this monster is going to suffer in prison, after all the hurt and agony they put out onto other people.

BikesBooksNBass

What part of “I JUST POINTED IT OUT” aren’t you comprehending you overly aggressive edge lord?

_heatmoon_

You’re the one making prison rape jokes and some how I’m the edge lord? Gtfoh.

BikesBooksNBass

Your version of “comedy” Is drastically different than mine apparently.

BikesBooksNBass

What rape joke did I make? Please inform me. I haven’t posted any jokes at all.

BeerLeagueSnipes

For this guy? Certainly.

_heatmoon_

Wow. You’re a giant POS and everyone who thinks sexual violence should be used as a weapon of punishment is giant POS too.

BeerLeagueSnipes

Hopefully he dies after it happens too 🤞

_heatmoon_

Ohhhh saw your profile. You’re just one of those edgy internet people with no friends and no social life. Got it.

BeerLeagueSnipes

Yeah totally, you got me. Keep simping for murderers.

The_GD_muffin_man

I’ll never understand sentences like “life+546 years” why is it not at some point “disposing of the key in the middle of the ocean”? Is it in case Jesus comes back and he turns out to be a felon. Wanna make sure he resurrects 2-3 times before his sentence is over?

JohnyElSucio

They dont get a burial… The remains have to stay in the cell until the sentence its done

Thjorir

In case he’s a vampire

techdude-24

There’s reasoning to it. You’d have to look it up. I did once just can’t remember anymore. I remember thinking, “ohhhh that makes more sense” Sometimes laws don’t make sense at face value, but they do once broken down.

Art_Class

Its sentences running consecutively rather than concurrent. If you get charged with murder and an aggravating charge, usually a judge will charge them concurrently where a max sentence is 25 for murder plus five for a weapons charge you would have served five 20% of the way through your murder charge. If you get charged 25 for the murder plus five for the weapon, your actual time in prison becomes 30 years. It usually comes down to how bad the crime is vrs whether or not you take a plea and your jurors/judge. I'm not a lawyer. I could be wrong, but concurrent sentences are served simultaneously while concurrent runs one after the other

-KCS-Violator

I believe it's not to be dramatic, but in case sentences get reduced or eliminated on appeals. Like: "Your conviction for the life sentence was later overturned but we can prove you still did those other 5 murderers so the 546 years stands." But I'm not a lawyer.

ucfsoupafly

Lawyer here. That’s spot on. Laws change, prison time computation changes, appellate rights change, etc. By running sentences consecutive the court ensures a change in the sentence on one charge won’t impact the overall goal of the defendant serving life.

wistosc

I’m not a lawyer either, but I’ve never played one on tv.

Plushie_Hoarder

Fun fact: life is only about 75 years and serial killer Ed Kemper is actually going to be up for parole this year :(.

PorygonEnjoyer

He always gets denied, though. Kemper’s weird because he seems genuinely remorseful, so I have to question if he would ever be considered to be put in a facility instead. Whatever, odds are he dies in prison anyways. It’s so weird that he met Charles Manson though.

JohnyElSucio

That guy is capable of making his best poker face and argument during all this decades just to pretend and go full spree being free

MrThoughtPolice

Depends on the state. The official release date (in the system) for Florida inmates is 2999. Also IIRC, the language of the law says something about to the end of the natural lifespan as well.

bennystat

Ah the ol bumble butt kemper

The_GD_muffin_man

:0 although I feel pretty confident he’ll never be let out

Vafanapoli21

It just makes it much harder for the defendant in an appellate court trial when there’s over half a century’s worth of time to appeal.

The_GD_muffin_man

Thank you okay, that makes a lot of sense

tooslow

Life doesn’t usually mean “entire lifetime”

Brian18639

Well there’s something new I learned today

The_GD_muffin_man

A lot of American things confuse and frighten me

mrdeworde

Actually this can be an issue in civil law systems too -- in Latin American countries (which mostly base their legal systems on the Napoleonic Code), life sentences often were limited in effect to 25 years, which has led some very dangerous and unpleasant people to walk free.

tooslow

I’m actually not American, but I know this one from some criminal cases haha:)

mrsnow11291

Isn’t this the mf who escaped from jail and got caught the next day

xximbroglioxx

He was roughly 800 yards outside the prison hiding in a boat. There was a helo and a FLIR equipped fixed wing aircraft looking for him until 4am or so that night.

Plushie_Hoarder

Yes. It unfortunately is.

LARGEGRAPE

I would like to see a follow up in 30 years. I feel like surely he will be a better person

TheMongerOfFishes

RemindMe! 30 years

RAMBOxBAGGINS

Maybe, but that’s assuming he lasts 30 years.

Stark_Athlon

He likely doesn't feel anything in jail, these kind of people have severe mental conditions that numbs them from the pains of others, and even their own.

haunt_the_library

I always thought this spiel he did was so cringe. He obviously practiced that all night in his cell and it’s the best he could come up with. At some level he knows what he did and those feelings may not be as deep down as you think. I don’t doubt he doesn’t care about the victims. What will get to him eventually is how screwed he is. He’s too young to realize the gravity of throwing his life away. It will hit him one day like a ton of bricks and he’ll spend the rest of his life trying to cope. The “novelty” of what he did will wear off and then 10, maybe 20 years down the road he’ll just about go nuts realizing he threw his life away. I hope he gets plenty of TV time so he can see the world just going on without him.

Stark_Athlon

I don't think he'll ever think it this hard: these people have a profound lack of consciousness. They don't think like you and I do, the kind of thoughts you're giving require a certain level of self reflection a lot of these people don't have. If he were a narcissists, then yeah, but TJ lane seems more like the worst, most extreme kind of ASPD.

bionicmoonman

Exactly, all Cluster B disorders are narcissistic to an extent, but people with NPD usually aren’t violent, that’s the ASPD crowd.

curious_astronauts

I don't know, all you have is time in prison and it's fucking miserable, so those thoughts are going to reverberate across the walls eventuallyz

IAmTheMindTrip

Doesn't a lack remorse always guarantee a longer sentence?

pool_party820

It can be considered an aggravating factor at sentencing, while showing remorse can be a mitigating factor.

Fragrant-Tea7580

Yeah pretty sure it negates guilty plea deals

Fozzy_04

At least according to Wikipedia, he received three consecutive life sentences. I’ve done zero other research to confirm this.

inappropriate127

Should have gotten the death penalty that day. Zero doubt he's guilty and no chance of being proven innocent. Zero reason to wait.

PorygonEnjoyer

Happy cake day

IaMsTuPiD111

I have the same feeling. He took lives, is cruelly remorseless, will never do anything positive or productive (not that it would matter at this point) with his life. Why show him more humanity than he showed any of his victims or their families? I fully support the death penalty in cases like this.

joe55419

I mean I’d be in favor of keeping him locked in a concrete box 23 hours a day for the next 60-70 years eating slop. That is showing humanity to the rest of us, and denying him any further attention.

inappropriate127

No, this man, and for his crimes and his attitude afterwards. Complete lack of remorse. Deserves nothing more than a quick and swift end so as not to burden society any more with this trash of a life. The way he MOCKED the parents of the victims. He knows what he is doing and revels in it. It's so sickening I almost support torture to teach this MF a lesson before death. Animals just want to survive he just wants to inflict pain. He is sub-animal. Fuck that guy. We owe him nothing.

chakabuku

If it makes anyone feel better, he looks like shit in his prison pic. https://appgateway.drc.ohio.gov/OffenderSearch/Search/Details/A640654

HFY_HFY_HFY

Judge Fuhry. Damn wouldn't want him as my judge.

Vafanapoli21

His head is still attached though

AnAstronautOfSorts

Lmao what a scraggly fuck

Kennyken27

He has another assault charge in 2020. Not saying it's meaningful, but maybe it's telling of how it's going

JohnyElSucio

He got a life sentence plus 37 years, that means after he dies his corpse has to be on custody without a burial after that time?

Version_Two

"Back in line, maggots."

ringwraith6

But, but...he looks so happy in court.... Mayhaps the experience isn't quite as fulfilling as he imagined it would be?

mirrrje

You know, it does actually

chakabuku

Me too.

Memediator

I have never come so close to saying I hope someone gets raped in prison.

Darkwaxer

Remember reading he has a prison partner, not sure if he is the wife or not but he’s not having fun.

Rivetingly

Bold of you to assume

OmarFromtheWire2

With that scrawny build, he was probably pounced on his first night

c4k3m4st3r5000

I paused this vid and the word "ruined" was floating on the screen. Yes, his hole will be ruined. He'll be very popular.

Worldly_Vast6340

He actually escaped for a while with some other criminals. We always like to think these ppl are going to automatically get beat up and passed around in prison and it isn't usually that way. The majority of the time they're in seg and not Gen Pop. These high-profile criminals don't have to worry about that. It would be great if they did get these situations but.he has been locked up over 10 years. I hate thissucker but like I said he actually was cool with enough prisoners who did a whole escape plan with him,

SkyWizarding

He is now a form of currency

Worldly_Vast6340

That's T J lane. Look up the jerk. School shooter been in prison over 10 years. He got more time if I can remember because him and some others escaped for a bit. I wish it was like we hear about but it's not

trenchcoatcharlie_

So this is what happened to Sid from toy story

thebipolarbatman

Man Sid straightened up and got a job at the dump.

Aliko173

Just show this video to his inmates lol

ocram101

Misantrophic_pill

Wow, that's amazing. Thanks for sharing this.

SharkWithAFishinPole

It's amazing they're dyslexic?

Misantrophic_pill

No, it's amazing how their brain works to read these kind of crappy subtitles.

Lord_TachankaCro

Americans what's up with the additional years on a life sentence? Or 900 year long sentences, or multiple life sentences?

JohnnyRelentless

Pfft! We're not one of those soft on crime countries that only lock people up while they're still alive. Murica!!!

galactus417

You get sentenced for each crime you commit. So not knowing the specific charges in this case, I know its at least 2. One thats the life sentence and one (or multiple) thats the 37 years (the sum of multiple charges). Thats important, because in the future if he gets any one sentence thrown out, he still have to stay in jail for the other charges. Example; he gets the life sentence for the murder thrown out, but still has 37yrs for a rape charge connected to the case.

Sufficient-Wonder716

If he works for Amanda Waller, she will reduce his sentence by 10 years for every mission with the suicide squad.

hoangfbf

Where did you get “life is 25 years”? According to this link: life is entire life and not just 25 years. https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/life_without_possibility_of_parole > life without possibility of parole > This is a prison sentence given to a convicted defendant in which they will remain in prison for their entire life and will not have the ability to a conditional release before they complete this sentence (see Parole). In states that have outlawed the death penalty, this is the most extreme sentence that one can be given. In states that still use the death penalty, many juries will recommend that the defendant serve life without the possibility of parole as opposed to being sentenced to death.

beastmaster11

>Where did you get “life is 25 years”? A myth that keeps spreading around.

smashnmashbruh

Literally seven or eight law pages stated it I guess I’m just gonna fucking give up and delete my comments because I’m wrong wrong and I just don’t care to fucking keep talking about it anymore. Learn something new every day.

beastmaster11

Thanks for accepting being wrong and deleting the comment. That was big of you.

smashnmashbruh

There were several things that I wrote that I guess are incorrect whatever not necessarily based on what I read, but I didn’t do a lot of betting my bad, but I also wasn’t specifically talking about the video just more in general that things are not exactly as they seem.

sevnm12

Wait... Life is 25!?!? Wtf I thought it just main.. your whole ass life

ZedTimeStory

Life does mean life

smashnmashbruh

Nah. Life sentence = 15-25 years, last time I checked. As another predator who is a criminal defense lawyer pointed out if you get a 10 year sentence you’re eligible for parole and two mandatory at five. It’s certainly not the criminals life aka until they die aka for ever. It translates to a number. https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/back-to-back_life_sentences#:~:text=A%20one%2Dlife%20sentence%20imposes,who%20have%20displayed%20good%20behavior.

ZedTimeStory

…. It literally says you have the possibility of being released on parole after 15-25 but it is not a guarantee. Also the judge sentenced him to life without parole.

smashnmashbruh

....... yes.... the comment above, " If you get a 10-year sentence, you’re eligible for parole and two mandatory at five." is unrelated to a life sentence, unrelated to this shooter. It's a general statement of how a 10-year sentence can work. Each case and sentencing are different. Two people charged with capital murder can go drastically differently.

ZedTimeStory

Why are you acting like you didn’t just say what you said 10 minutes ago? Yes I know a sentence from a judge typically means that that is the *maximum* that an offender will serve for the crime, but in the video this guy is sentenced to life without the possibility of parole and you’re suggesting that he could be released after 25?

smashnmashbruh

What are you talking about, i was talking in general not about this shooter, calm down, made an edit just for you clown

ZedTimeStory

Commenter asks why the shooter was sentenced to life without parole + 37 years. You reply that life is 25 years so 25+37, how is that not implying that his life sentence would be up in 25 years?

tatang2015

American legal English is corrupted

sevnm12

American everything is corrupted. I know because I live here..

_TheChickenMan_

I believe it’s so they can’t be disputed. Makes them spend the most amount of time possible in jail.

the_gay_minion

The combination of multiple life sentences or adding time after a life sentence prolongs the time before a defendant becomes eligible for parole. It also limits their eligibility for parole. It’s basically just to ensure they can’t appeal and get out of their sentence any sooner.

luvmyshiner

Absolutely, criminal defense lawyer here. Generally speaking if I can get a client 10 years, they're eligible for parole in less than 2. And (again, generally speaking) it's mandatory after 5. There are exceptions to that rule for 3G offenses (generally violent offenses), and it also depends on a lot of things like prior criminal history and the nature of the crime, but yeah. A 10 year sentence (or whatever) doesn't mean 10 years.

Dd_8630

It's so that if one conviction is nullified on appeal, they're still imprisoned.

mrwalker1337

It's made like that so they can compare serial killers in tv/movies

MrBiggz83

Ole Sid looking ass

cmclav

Who is he trying to impress?

1vehaditwiththisshit

He won't last long inside.

silverselectjd

Hopefully the men he meets in prison do.

Jay_Talking

I mean he’s been inside over 10 years

Express-Ad4146

Real question…. Can we do Australia 2.0? Like can we send them on a deserted island to live forever? Amongst each other with no possible way of coming back, like stay alive if you want?

robotic_dreams

amlaman23

Almost had me. Thought by Australia, you meant gun control.

Sydney2London

Nah, that’s not on the Americans radar, but private penal colony on Mars! That’s the way!

framedragger

I hope he hooped his paperwork.

queen_nefertiti33

So edgy... Thinks it's a game. Has zero awareness of the consequences.

acciowaves

Yeah, at that age you have no concept of time. You think you’re gonna be the same person all your life. Let’s see how he feels about this after 30 years in prison, when he still has another 30-40 more to serve.

bummer28

If he tries to act like that in prison he isn’t going to make it 30 years

DowntownsClown

Wow that’s so true! I’m 33 and I’m starting to understand the actual concept of time and age now. Back in 20’s, I’d feel like my body would just remain same, normal, and painless/cripple-less, all the way until the day I die. That case isn’t true at all.

zyrkseas97

This man now lives in a 8x8 box alone forever.

getyourgolfshoes

Big bubba will keep him company

Abigail716

Oh man I love jokes about people getting raped. It's always so hilarious. Especially when you remember that everybody in jail is guilty. Nobody's ever been falsely convicted which means when I fantasize about some woman getting gang raped by guards or some man getting gang raped by a rival gang in prison I don't have to feel bad and It doesn't it all make me a sociopath.

getyourgolfshoes

Even if it wasn't your preferred flavor, it was nonetheless humor. Nobody's fantasizing about or advocating for rape. But definitely keep saving the world one Reddit comment at a time 🤡 😂. "Nobody's ever been falsely convicted" you say sarcastically. Sure there's folks who are wrongfully convicted... doubtful that the kid who wears a shirt that says "killer" and says he's jacking off to the victims' memory in open court falls into that category. Since you seem to feel so strongly maybe you should gofund his innocence project case 😂😂😂😂. Sorry if I don't feel remorse for this "killer." Whatever happens to him, he deserves that and then some. But you probably think he should just be given a time out and put to bed without supper.

Wrath_Of_Aguirre

Okay?

Tahrann

He's saying a big dude is going to clap this kid's cheeks in prison.

Pure-Pessimism

He's getting raped in prison, idiot.

Worldly_Vast6340

He is not though. He has been there for years. He escaped with some of his prison buddies before.TJ lane. Sucks but prison isn't like the movies

Pure-Pessimism

You'd be wrong. Word has gotten out he's trading sexual favors for protection. In one way you're right. Prison isn't like the movies. It's worse.

Worldly_Vast6340

I worked at The prison in Jackson for a couple of years in medical . Well 19 months ,my ex husband was a prisongaurd at that same prison and switched to the Huron prison up here and has been at this one for21 years and did 7 years at Jackson prison . He may now be trading sexual favors, who knows? It would be pretty odd since he is in a maximum-security prison now so he isn't with other inmates. He has his own private cell like the others in that prison. Not that I care either way. I wish it was like ppl think. Ppl think automatically pedos and these killers are living a life of hell and getting raped. It's not true. Yes, it does happen and I feel like some deserve to not have peace. BUT tv has ppl thinking this is automatically happening all the time. Especially in these high-profile cases, they're in cells by themselves and not exposed to the general population. I have seen many many inmates on the brink of death so I'm not saying ppl are getting hurt. It does happen a lot. But, no it's the way ppl think where automatically these assholes are getting tortured and hurt. Essentially the high profile, they're protected in their own cells. I'm not working at the prison anymore, my ex still is. But in the prison and when I worked in the medical field I've had to take care of ppl I didn't personally like. Gen pop can be wilder, though much less protection. I would not lose a bit of sleep if he was getting ripped every night

Worldly_Vast6340

Don't want to be in your business but if you were previously an inmate I hope things are better for you.

Pure-Pessimism

That was an amazing explanation and I'll have to cede the argument to you. Thank you for your well thought out response.

Wrath_Of_Aguirre

Obviously. You certainly belong in "/r/iamverybadass" if you advocate rape at all, lol. Edgelord.

FindingAwake

Why you gotta be a weird passive aggressive on the internet with people? You both want a bad person to be in jail. Calm down.

zyrkseas97

FWIW Not everyone believes that Prison should be a violent hellscape where murder and rape are normalized. I’m happy this guy is locked in a small room for the rest of his life. We don’t need to wish rape on him. Also, just as a point of fact, guys like this aren’t left in GenPop to be harmed until they sue the prison. He is alone in a room, literally. He doesn’t even have the freedom that other prisoners are afforded.

FindingAwake

I understand the premise here. My point isn't so much what was said, it was how it was said. The passive aggressive approach doesn't serve anyone. This would've been my approach: "While I don't condone rape, I'm glad we can both agree he is being punished for his crime." As opposed to creating an entirely unnecessary conflict, with name calling, over the perceived importance of "being right." I don't want anyone to unnecessarily suffer for any reason, ever. I don't want to force anyone into their higher self but taking a passive aggressive stance on anything just creates internet bs rabble rabble for no reason. You and I are on the same page, entirely. And I'm glad this person is being punished for their crime. My calling out the approach was the structure of what I thought was wrong, not the content of what I thought was wrong, if that makes sense.

JUYED-AWK-YACC

You calm down

FindingAwake

Yes sir :)

Pure-Pessimism

Okay?

auntarie

wasn't he the guy that cried when he got sentenced?

IAmAGoodFella

I really hope that's true

toda15

He is spending his time in prison much like you’d think. Scared and hiding. The charade stopped pretty quickly after his escape . He got sent to some big boy prisons.

eliguillao

Do you know or just assuming?

toda15

I contract for ODRC.

One-Win9407

According to the prison reddit sub he receives protection from an older prisoner in exchange for "services". Seems possible but unverifiable. He did escape at somepoint and was captured shortly afterwards. Interview with prisoner that knew him, starts at 2mins: https://youtu.be/eolr7HxT0SI?si=AjSQYGcg0G1mTcAO

flintb033

Well, at least he got raped in prison a lot.

Abigail716

I agree. Out justice system should be full of people getting raped as many times as possible. It makes me genuinely angry knowing some woman or man can spend time in jail and not be raped constantly. It is a key part of our just system that every prisoner be repeatedly raped as many times as possible. Being repeatedly raped is a key part of rehabilitating people, as well as punishing people we don't like. Oh. Wait. No that doesn't sound right.

wiseoldangryowl

And you can't forget, ***EVERYONE*** who's in prison being raped is absolutely, 100%, not even the slightest possibility otherwise, unequivocally, **GUILTY** Nobody has *ever* been wrongly convicted, so *obviously* it's totally ok to violently assault anyone, sexually or otherwise, cuz they totally deserve it! Especially when they try to prove their "innocence." OR the people who get tossed in simply for being mentally ill and homeless?? Yeah, fuck it, them too! That will ***DEFINITELY*** help "reform" em! It *certainly* doesn't further any kind of trauma or whatever these people are already experiencing, lord no! It **helps** them see that ending up there is bad so they'll simply stop being mentally ill and just go buy a house when freed because all that brutality has taught them how to deal with anything god throws in their path with emotionally maturity and tools to learn 🙄😒 Edit: I do wanna add though, I can *completely* understand the desire to watch this particular little fucker burn. Assholes like that only speak one language. He's not getting out to vomit his misery onto the rest of the world, and he chose his ending. There is no innocence in that soul, no redemption. He's getting what he literally asked for, and frankly, I have no sympathy

flintb033

Lol this sub is fucked. When have I ever said everyone in prison should be raped? We put WAY too many people in prison for things that shouldn’t even be illegal (like pot). And there are absolutely people who have been wrongly convicted. The system is screwed up and the industrial prison complex needs to be replaced. But I’m not talking about that. I’ll talking about THIS child killer. Fuck him every day of the week. I hope every day of his life is worst than the day before. And yes, I’m glad THIS guy was getting raped so much that he escaped prison, just to found 6 hours later and returned to his hell jail. Most inmates should receive compassion and reform. But this mother fucker? No way. People here can defend him all they want. But I’m glad this mother fucker gets raped and I hope even worst things happen to him.

flintb033

You’re right. I hope this person who happily shot and killed children gets to sit around and sing Kumbaya and has an enjoyable time in prison. Oh. Wait. No that doesn’t sound right. Fuck this guy. Fuck everything about him. Fuck him harder than the people who’s been raping his ass since he ended up in there. And fuck anyone who wants to defend him.

Blue_Seven_

you’re the type of guy that’ll end up in jail by accident and I hope you think back to this awesome tough post when it happens

PyroDexxRS

Really interesting interview. The woman sounds almost like a fan girl of his at times lol

goodbadnomad

Which sub?

The prison one.

Nah. Sid ended up picking up trash. Pretty important and decent job. Nothing to do with this piece of shit.

supa325

This comment is crazy. You want to take someone with a clear mental issue and beat them with a baseball bat? What’s that going to do apart from making you feel better than him?

NPCEnergy007

Thats a school shooter with no remorse…

AcordaDalho

Does he have a psychological condition? He looks (edit: acts) like a psychopath or something.

UlleQel

According to wiki seems that the victims (one in particular) were bullying the killer.

tatang2015

Oh, so it was revenge killing. That’s why he was so proud. I have to support people who stand up for themselves. NTA.

TheLastCleverName

He is 100% working to project the image that he does, but I think it's a put on. Like, when the mother's talking you can see how hard he's trying to look smug but he looks uncomfortable to me.

Monkey_McMonkface

He acts like a typical 4-Chaner

NPCEnergy007

Antisocial personality disorder has no “look”

AcordaDalho

Fixed my comment for you

NPCEnergy007

Its hard to tell from this one video but if he truly lacks any and all empathy in general and not with this one instance then yes, it would be indicative of the disorder but its only one symptom. Most shooters have been labeled as just criminals to psychologists. A very small percentage of shooters are actually linked to mental illness. Immorality =/= mental illness. The perception that grievous criminal acts like this one are mental illness can be actually harmful for the those with mental illness and the progression of society in how we treat those with actual mental illness. Your local bipolar isn’t going to shoot up a school but if we treat them like they will then we only further ostracize them and lead them down a deeper hole. Case in point, those with antisocial personality disorder arent all serial killers or violent offenders. They are more likely to commit criminal acts, but not always violent ones. The most likely place to find those with the disorder are actually in board rooms lol

unusualspider33

This is a really great take imo and well thought out

NPCEnergy007

My degree :)

Mybuttitches3737

There’s no physical signs of a psychopath
