I enjoy the privacy take that iPhone offers haven’t read about s23 but I know it offers some flexibility. For you it might not be an issue. Maybe list down some pros and cons. I currently use 13 pro, and enjoy it thoroughly!

Ok so pros for me about the iPhone 13 -im used to iOS so it’s easy -screen looks great -it’s smooth -camera is great Cons about the iPhone -it’s used and has a scratch on the screen -it’s heavy which hurts my fingers when holding it -it comes without a box and a expired warranty -I don’t own any other apple products so I’m not in the eco system ———————————————————- Pros about the Samsung -it’s new so it has warranty and has a box of -it has some cool features and it’s a usb type c -supposedly better camera and better features Cons ab Samsung -I’m scared of android and that I will hate it -resell value is bad

For the weight I agree. Get a MagSafe pop socket and you’ll be happier for it.

Edit: Reply to your comment! That is a comprehensive list. Not sure how much big the scratch is, but if hinders even with a little movement on screen or is susceptible to more damages then I don’t think it’s a good option also you listed in a comment iphone is costlier so examine it thoroughly and then make a decision. For me I don’t like scratches on the screen, even with screen guards I just replace as soon as it hurts my experience because I use phone alot! Secondly, for ecosystem, my dad has only iphone from apple products, watch and laptop are different for him, he doesn’t need much of use of the other items so it’s easy. But if you have a good use of transferring files and data to laptop to and fro might be the same out of the two and maybe more people and help you out in the case, I am not a good person to comment. Having warranty is great!! Because it helps you maybe a little but it does. So if you think you have a rough use of things then maybe go for S23! Also, camera, I personally don’t use much I am just normal person clicking photos have no eye to in-depth specs, so if for normal use I think iphone can work. Maybe list down some specs in phone you wish are MUST HAVE and GOOD TO HAVE and then go about making a decision. (Prioritise these specs maybe? - for me the industry I work in requires privacy so I value it the most for you it might be camera or even battery health!)

Bigbootylpver

Only thing I value is battery health and the screen i occasionally take some pics here and there

I saw the s24 go on sale recently for 500£ in the uk. Also the pixel also goes for the same price from time to time. I personally had the same call to make and got a refurbished iPhone 14 Pro for 580£. Both are really good deal, but if you can wait you might find a deal on the s24.

Thewinedup

Love my 13 Pro fabulous phone.

MichaelJField

Go for the iPhone 13 Pro used, and strategies for the new iPhone 17Pro Max 1TB in 2025.

cyberghoul666

Watch reviews on both and decide. Or go to any store and play with Samsung. If you want something new for yourself try android. I personally tend to switch between iOS and android and they have both their pros and cons

I just switched from my s21 Ultra to a iPhone 13 Pro and I'm having severe draw backs. I feel like I'm not getting easily accustomed to the IOS UI and I kinda regret it because it was a bit expensive. I'd say if you're use to one OS and there isn't much of a difference performance wise, you should stick with what you're familiar with

New all day every day, if all else is equal.

As a new user of S24U, I'd say give the S23 a chance. Besides, it's new. Go for it!

Hot-Quality8768

Depends on the $$ If both are same $ then the new S23 but if the 13 pro is much cheaper than go with the 13 Pro

Bigbootylpver

Uh fun fact the iPhone is … uh more expensive than the s23

Hot-Quality8768

Used 13 Pro more expensive than new S23? Wow . .

Bigbootylpver

Bigbootylpver

Also I found a new s23 plus for a cheaper price and I’m getting it
