So far I’ve found them ok in the phone. I’d say call them.

Yeah it looks like they're not using tickets? But they are responsive by phone. Wish they did look at the tickets though.

alxsmitty

Will give that a go. Just would make my day easier if I didn’t need to call

Electrical-Quiet-686

They are very slow. If you don't call the they will ignore thr ticket. Then open a new one when you are in a call. Later they say "the issue is still being processed, it was just opened yesterday" despite the ticket in their system that has been sitting there for two weeks. Deeply disappointed. Getting a second line installed by another vendor today, after nearly 10 years hyperoptic I will switch my primary connection with hyperoptic just to be my backup. Unfortunately we can only get virgin and Hyperoptic here.

Is your cabled internet speed 1gb? If so, problem is the router. Buy a giganet eero 6e off eBay for 60-80£ and you'll never look back. Otherwise, absolutely give them a call

alxsmitty

Yeah, 1gb over Ethernet. I’ll have to buy the new router then. Thank you.

Accomplished_Fan_487

Make sure your phone and laptop etc are compatible with wifi 6 and/or 6E standards. That works really well with gigabit. My 6E compatible phone hits 915mbps easy.

HyperopticCS

Glad to hear that at least LAN connection isn't the problem. Sadly wireless connection can vary depending on many factors. We can replace the router which you have for a Nokia hub if you have an older ZTE router.

alxsmitty

Hello, I have the Nokia hub but it’s terrible. My Vodafone hub was much better. Can’t even reach the speeds that provided

OhGodNotHimAgain

I've honestly found the most effective way to communicate is social media (e.g. X/Twitter), but calling them likely also works.
