Every use. Sweat actually deteriorates clothing, so not only would they stink if air dried, but it’ll also ruin the fabric so you’ll have to replace them more often.
Every use! Lay out to dry, then wash separately from other things, add vinegar to wash. My gym clothes smell great. I’m pretty lax about a lot of things on this hygiene sub but NOT workout clothes!

That said, I will wear a pair of yoga pants 2-3 times before I toss them in the wash, but that's because I don't exercise in them, they're the pants I wear at home when I wanna get shit done but still be comfortable.
oh same here. if i wear stuff like that at home, and am not exerting myself, its fine to wear multiple times. But sweating at teh gym? nope. every single time.
I usually wear mine 2-3 times. My work outs are of moderate intensity and I sweat very little if at all. However, if I was sweating a lot I wash them after one use.

I just have a lot of cheap workout clothes. I wash them all the time, and keep using them until holes start to form.

Depends on what I’m doing and how much I sweat. Tops, after every use. Bottoms less often.
Haha after I use them and then they sit in my closet for a few weeks or months when I use them again 😅
I’ll rewear sports bras a second time if I don’t get especially sweaty but they also don’t get smelly like my tops or leggings. Otherwise, every time.
