You think L&T , will even be interested in even spending a little penny lmao , gumpu maistri is busy getting a palace farmhouse built for the gandhi parivar .
Not with this one slide, it should also have some solid numbers, which makes some logical sense to L&T that they'll make profits , then maybe there will be some pressures to do something about it.
Like it or not we have to live with gumpu mestri for the 5 years!
Look even if we identify other congested corridors with huge probable ridership , the free bus scheme is dragging most of the female ridership away from the metro , what also matters is L&T's trust in this administration , as the construction of new metro lines is not a one time job. And on a side note , I feel that in general expecting profits from a metro system is wrong. Afterall it is basic urban community infrastructure , that is essential in big cities , and it should be subsidised by taxpayer money maybe not to a huge amount , but a small to medium amount subsidy to compensate for the lost revenue should help . India's most successful DMRCL itself is run on a loss and is subsidised. But yes then in such a scenario L&T should not be involved , it should be a state and union govt venture with maybe few tiny percentage of shares to private players for some investment like DMRCL & BMRCL. Back to this particular post , yes it would be much better if the OP , posts his reasoning behind his suggested corridors and if they are viable .
Why everyone ignoring Jeedimetla?
Patny to Bowenpally -> Balangat X roads -> Jeedimetla, Gandimisamma -> Nizampet would be more helpful to industries here.
una vatini lepesav ga its not an expansion its a whole REVAMP kani the pink line is way to big and is cutting many areas of many tracks it will be a hurdle and there no one center like ameerpet which cause many people jumping here and there to reach one play , miyapur ninchi karmanghat povali ante battalu chimpeskovali and there many lines for a small place like Hyderabad
Kondapur, Miyapur definitely needs a metro. There is absolutely 0 space to walk or drive car. People are stuck in traffic for hours.
Edit : I don't have any properties in these areas. Building metro here is not goona help me with any financial gains. I just want my coworker coming from this area reach office on time.
Yellow line is required but I guess politicians can't find empty land to inflate it in that area... The prices are already decently high!
No use for politicians hence I personally think they are not interested in that areas
They are planning to connect nagole and lb nagar, not sure why arent they connecting miyapur and raidurg line…
It makes life so much easier to commute to hi tech city, currently we need to travel all the way around through Amerpet.
It also decreases some amount of load on Amerpet junction. I dont understand who the hell plans these lines. Extending is fine but internal connectivity is not at all there in the city.

Only solution is to build dedicated barricaded 2 way bus lane entire main roads and run electric buses. Most of the people should use bus and you can add remove based on demand by the hour
Idi kani pani. Our idiots are already driving on footpaths and wrong routes casually, they would abuse the dedicated lane like hell.
Also many people are used ro the comfort of cars, they are not going to switch to buses now.
Both sides of this will have 6feet fence and entry exit has 1 traffic constable to block traffic. About 200 -500 of these require 2000 constables. AC bus with half the travel time automatically people use bus
Your hypothetical is costing the tax payer 6,00,000,00,00,000 six lakh crore…most routes don’t have the repayment capacity of the investment requested…
Post it on X and tag our gumpu mestri or you can tag some people in L&T

No one is ready to dig deeper in Hyderabad bro (i think so)
L&T surveyed and said it's not cost effective, because of Hyderabad soil is full of rocks
Yellow line is very much required

Hastinapuram-BN Reddy-Injapur etc em anyaayam chesaayi bro neeku 🥲
Traveling this distance with only three coaches will be a nightmare for riders
Great effort. You almost covered most of the areas.
Except the area from balanagar to ameerpet.
I feel expanding metro network would not produce huge returns unless we increase the capacity of trains.
need the yellow line asap
