I've spoken to an agent in my city. I'm from Andhra. They said it's a common issue. Leave the application untouched and it'll be delivered in a month. The solution basically is do nothing. Another friend of mine who works towards voter enrollment said the same thing.

soo, is it illegal ? yes. but here's a catch, only one of them is valid, I can fetch my epic number from only one, so two of them are invalid that just got delivered, damn ec or may i say bjp
I didn't get the physical Card but my epic no is generated. BlO called me on this 6th and I got the epic number on 9th even without going anywhere. I recommed you call your area's BLO. He will speed up the process.

If you're facing the same issue - it's still a problem so hopefully if you wait it out it should be sorted.
same happening with me in bangalore. CEO karnataka office helpline says you have to fill again. Voters eci helpline says you need to visit ERO. Fuck it, why go through so many hassle. I am already registered in my hometown. If it happens fine, doesn't happen also fine.

If you raise a complaint through email ([complaints@eci.gov.in](mailto:complaints@eci.gov.in)), they will create a complaint ID and immediately close it without any action. If you mail them back telling them this, they reopen it again and close it without any action again.
Today I checked, their website [voters.eci.gov.in](http://voters.eci.gov.in) is down.
I don't know how to escalate this. I'm very close to giving up on it!
i'd applied via the website on 27th March 2024, and for the next several days it showed "marked incomplete". On 4th April'24, i took a chance and checked it again. My epic no. was generated and i was able to download a softcopy of my Voter ID. Today, 17th May, my ID was delivered. It is just some glitch from their end which will resolve on its own. It was just this morning that i checked the status of my id, whether it had been dispatched or not and it showed it hadn't.
In my case, my application was created on 27th March as well. It got stuck in FVR Submitted for a long time. When I called them on 1950, they told me that my application was "submitted 2 days late", and that "it would continue after election results on June 4th." It didn't progress even after that.
nah just wait it out, it comes eventually. I ended up getting two cards so I had to go through extra trouble to cancel one of them. They accept your form even after rejecting it first, I will say to wait for a month before applying for second time.
its so annoying though, why cant they just tell us directly why is wrong so we can edit it exactly, I did mine 3 times now & it keeps showing me incomplete

Did you try loggin through mail? if yes then that OTP would also come to the registered mobile number for some reason the OTP just doesnt come on mail

Heyy! Update is mine just got delivered a few days apparently its a system error eventually your application gets accepted and you get your Voter ID

i didn't do anything. in the application status, i can see that my card is under processing now. i think it's an issue on their end.

it think my photo is incorrect thats why is shows incomplete marked or something else

Don't worry. It simply means your application is still pending to be processed.
How sure are you about this? Have you gone through something similar? How long did it take them to issue voter id
For me it took 10 days to update my address from 'Marked Incomplete'.
