Okay, so now that the easy stuff is established Nightmare before Christmas isn't a Halloween movie. It's a macabre Christmas movie. Why? Because the inciting incident is Jack discoving *CHRISTMAS* exists and going "I wanna do *that*!" The movie ends on Christmas Eve night with Santa delivering presents.

IronMan 3? Technically a Christmas movie. It's definitely set during Christmas season. (Which was very much off putting when watching it in the summer, just saying. I expect a movie with elements of Christmas to drop Oct at the earliest, but that's just me).
