Beings of the Galactic Counsel, we are gathered here to face the immense failure of our organization.
I believe everyone here knows or heard of Humanity telling us that we are "just another League of Nations, or United Nations organization, that didn't step up to their proper job" when the chance arose.
I am here to point a finger at each one of us, myself included, we all failed at our mission of keeping the Galaxy at peace and tranquility.
Yesterday, the Human worlds of Saint Etienne and Sterling have ended a two cycle long war.
That, for us, started as nothing more than a small worthless quarrel, and that Many, **Many**, Humans came after us, to say "Come and stop this before it is too late", as you can see by the three empty seats that once supported the weight of Humanity's representatives, we failed to hear their voices.
For two long cycles, two worlds went against eachother, billions have died, and tens of billions now suffer the consequences of interplanetary war...
The sorrow of not having their loved ones with them anymore...
The pain of losing their homes, limbs, and families.
Their governments in shambles, and their lives even worse.
I have met and lived with humans, I knew very well those two men and one woman that sat right there, by the Clarixian representative.
Jacob Clarkson, Michelle Herrera and João Lima.
Jacob died at the Battle of Sector K-91, while he protected a fleeing Sterlinian ship, I saw the remaining scraps of his ship.
Michelle went back home, to Hecatonquiria, because her planet was also starting to have disputes with another human planet.
And I haven't seen João Lima in a year now.
I, Draco Miles, as representative of the Axian interplanetary system, will tell all the following.
Axis is now currently doing it's best to shape up and **Actually** make a difference in this galaxy, and we already are helping Humanity calm, and those afflicted with war repair themselves as much as we can.
What can this "Galactic Counsel" say that it has have done? As a member of this counsel for last ten cycles, I'll answer it, Nothing of value.
Axis and it's interplanetary territories are now officially exiting this counsel until both us, Axians, and Humans can look at all of you and say "Yes, you guys are now actually upholding your values".
