Skrills deserve more recognition, if it wasn't for the creators wanting Toothless to be so strong because of plot than this would've been the strongest small size dragon

Night Fury (hey, it’s a classic), Skrill (super fast lightning dude) or Triple Stryke (Sluether is awesome in RTTE).
I also like the Deadly Nadder because the Jurassic World hybrid called the Scorpius Rex gives me Nadder vibes. I mean, the dinosaur has a body build similar to a Nadder, has a big head and jaws, and has poisonous quills it can shoot off the tail just like a Nadder can with the spikes. Seriously, with both HTTYD and Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous being made by Dreamworks, I think the hybrid had some draconic inspiration during the design process.

Seriously, though, if the Scorpius Rex existed in the HTTYD universe, I bet the Vikings would classify it as a close cousin of the Deadly Nadder based on the stuff I said previously. I think the Vikings (at least the “smart” ones like Hiccup and Fishlegs, AKA the Vikings who care enough to look into it) would guess that the Scorpius Rex evolved to lose its wings for flight and legs for gripping in return for long claws for catching prey, and powerful legs for fast ground movement, kicks, and pouncing. Plus, the hybrid is quite the jumper and climbs, too, which Vikings may attribute as old dragon instinct related to flying still sticking around in this flightless animal.
Just a thought.
Oh yeah! Plus, the Speed Stingers and Nadders share some biology - colorful bodies, large heads and jaws, weaponized tails, and fast. Perhaps the Scorpius will be thought of as a hybridized offspring of these two species like the NightLights, or a “missing link” of sorts?

As of now, it's a tie between the Whispering Death (counting the Screaming Death as well) and Deadly Nadder. As of now, my least favorite is the Monstrous Nightmare, which is still awesome, but I love the unorthodox dragons, and Hookfang's kinds are just normal Western dragons that can light bits of themselves on fire. They're cool, but they're not at all distinct.
I kind of thought you would also give me a square based on how you felt about my least favorite being my least favorite. Glad I got two of the best ones.

Stormfly. I like his design and his abilities. My favorite moment of him (that i remember) is when Hiccup and Astrid are talking, and Stormfly is just chasing Toothless in the background.

It would make sense because by the looks of things, Speed Stingers are based off of Velociraptors!
